So being on the road with J I have my snacks here or there . But DD has just being such a disappointment lately. I get so many rewards and they can’t do them. This DD has 7 employees working, no drive thru, four tables; so why so many employees that aren’t doing nothing? They are just standing around. The manager had to come out and teach them my “free donut” transaction to the two girls that were lost in translation. Lol. And it’s lunch time. It was me and a guy only. Seven people? Not busy at all. Just standing around. Who would you fire? All the employees that are doing nothing or the manager that can’t manage? But on that note the, cleaning guy was cleaning the whole time I was there. I’m using my 3000 points in rewards and never coming to a DD again. I’m over them. Terrible customer service.

They offer a good and fast service, even though there are always a lot of people in the morning, the service is fast.
One of the best Dunkin locations I’ve been to. The employees are really nice and they do a good job with the drinks, and the food is usually fresh. The place is clean and the sitting area is comfortable.
