New loaded hash browns are good. They did forget the jalapeños. The bacon was nice and crispy Mmmm … second time ordering loaded hash browns were very dry barley any cheese :(

If I could give this location less than a star, I would. The manager or owner was beyond rude. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size coffee in order to get a free drink promo. I kept asking the cashier why the total hadn't changed and instead of checking, he swiped my app and card and then said,"Oh it's the size coffee, you have to order a medium or larger." I said, okay can you refund and start over or can you ask you manager. She rudely walked over, said okay I'll give you the medium coffee for free and I said great, but I already paid for the coffee so I would need a refund. She kept dismissing me with her hands, reluctantly refunded me for the coffee, and proceeded to tell me I should know better what size coffee to order. The rudest I have probably ever dealt with at a Dunkin' Donuts. I will NEVER return to this location again. They don't deserve the business.

This Dunkin Donut on Okeechobee and Jog road inside the gas station has one of the worst customer service team ever. First it was the lady that took the order,she dont acknowledge you. I was trying to remember the sandwich that i wanted to order and instead of just helping me to try and remember the name of the wrap(Chorizo&Egg),she just stood there watching me like.... Lady,if you dont want to work in that industry,then you need to work in a field that you dont have to talk to people on a daily basis.Next it was my frozen Caramel coffee... OMG!! i dont know what that was because it didnt taste like coffee at all.It was more like drinking Caramel and water. Oh and that same lady that took my order was the same one that made my coffee,it was a total waste... NEVER AGAIN!!!! I will stick to my favorite dunkin donut on Haverhill Rd where customer service is great and they treat you like a customer..

I seriously hate going here and avoid it like the plague. The employees do not acknowledge you for any reason and that's the worst part about this place. Absolutely zero customer service. Forget about asking a question or trying to fix a wrong order. I've struggled to get anyone's attention multiple times and when I ask someone, they respond with a, "yeah, okay" and then never help me! I have to ask another employee who gives the same attitude. I understand they don't like there job but I am always polite. The food is usually cold and the drinks have too much ice. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like crap.
