The bagels were very good but the employees were not as friendly as I'm used to at Einstein's. The one in Jupiter is the same way. I don't know what's up, but I'm inclined to go elsewhere. Parking was easy, but I didn't go to enjoy the parking. I wish the owners would try to bring back the quality, the friendliness, and the caring attitude.

Did an online order a head of time. When I got there I was told the bagel I ordered was not available and asked if apple cinnamon was fine. I said yes and come to find out they had already made the decision for me. When I got home and opened up my order it was still wrong. It was the wrong bagel and didnt even have the cream cheese i paid for. Tried to get a hold of someone and everyone on the phone was useless.

Best experience! The staff are all friendly, kind and know how to make a bagel! It seems simple, but a lot of other locations screw up. They smear the cream cheese perfectly, toast it perfectly and cut it in half! They all are awesome! We had the best bagel breakfasts a couple days in a row - came to ft Lauderdale and had the worst experience. Love this location!! And it’s clean!

The food was okay -- the service definitely wasn't. Other people came in and seemed to get their food before mine was available -- I only ordered a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. There were two people behind the counter to start with. Later, a couple others appeared. *Finally* my bagel sandwich appeared. I sat down with it and waited for my drink because the sandwich was hot. Others came in and ordered and got their drinks....still no sign of mine. I finally walk up to the end of the counter where drinks were apparently being placed when done. Finally got to tell someone what I was waiting for, and they made it. I like Einstein Bagels but this location needs better management and service.
