I have been coming here for many years. The quality changes every so often, but they try. Last time I was here the beef was burnt, so we asked if they could exchange it. They “cooked” a new one without any flavor.We asked for extra salsa or picante as they call it, they charged us $6 dollars for it. Something that should be complimentary.We also observed them taking pictures and trying to up-sell those pictures. It is very uncomfortable to not pose for pictures and then out of the blue to offer you with a frame at a high price.When they take the pictures, they don’t tell you they will sell you those later.
