Newly arrived Colombians, avoid this place, the service is terrible. The owners have focused on expanding the business, more space, more waiters, more menu options, more locations, but they forgot the most important thing, IMPROVE THE SERVICE, I don't give it 0 stars because it is not possible, but it is what they deserve.It is incredible how in a restaurant of this size where they have around 8 to 10 waiters at the same time working on the busiest days, the customer ends up waiting longer than necessary for such simple things (A coffee for 20 minutes, A Rib broth 25 min), and not to mention sitting at the bar, all the waiters can pass in front of you and none of them come close to giving a welcome greeting, even the owner of the business herself, passes by you and is completely indifferent even seeing that you have been waiting for a long time and no one attends to you.There are many other places where you can eat better and for better prices, as well as good service, which in the end is a key factor in why you are looking to eat outside your home.Avoid this place.

UPDATE!!!! 02-13-2024After my last review, the food and service have improved.This weekend we ordered a snack and empanadas and although they forgot to give me the empanadas, I called the restaurant and Daniel solved it without a problem and everything went very well. They made the chicharrón again as it was before, and today I ordered again and everything is very rich again.Good job !!! And I hope they continue to take people's Reviews into account and continue to improve.Thank you very much Daniel.
