I love theme of PB wraps, a really fun place to take visitors and the food was excellent. Make sure to get the fried green beans.

The place looks cool and is clean, but the food is horrible. Pricey for a wrap when nothing is made from scratch. Fries were low quality frozen curly fries, and I was served craft Mac and cheese. Ordered a jalapeño chicken wrap (special of the day) and it was clearly just frozen chicken tenders diced up for the meat. I try not to be critical or small restaurants but I wouldn’t consider this place a restaurant. Such low effort by the kitchen, everything is frozen or from a box. Will bring a smile to my face when this place goes out of business, astonished they can serve the food they do with pride.I’d like to note, after going through the reviews I noticed the good rating is carried by reviews from over a year ago. Photos from over a year ago show different curly Fry’s than they serve now. Seems like they used to be made in house, but have switched to a cheap frozen option now.

Stopped at PB Wraps after flying into PBI since they had good reviews. We weren’t disappointed. Got the Chicken Caesar Wrap and a Jarritos lime soda - delicious! My wife got the Thai wrap and loved it! Atmosphere is great with many car models all around, including a poster of a 1956 Chevy, my grandfather’s sweet ride! It was clean and they had friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

Been coming here for years, good food decent prices. Not this time, charged $21.50 for a sub, fries and a drink. All because they refused to make it a meal. Service sucks.
Holy moly. This place is amazing! The food is super good and the service is super quick. We tried three different meals and everything was delicious. I tried a chicken Thai bowl, my friend had a salad with lots of fixings, and her son had chicken tenders and fries. You can make any of the wraps into bowls or salads. There is such a wide menu and I love that they can intertwine it all, instead of some places that don't do any substitutions. It was a cute little spot with enough indoor seating. They have two bathrooms, single stalled. And the parking was a little tight but you can also park on the whole street next to it, which I did for the shade in the hot Florida afternoon sun. Wonderful people and I will definitely be back.

Called in PB Wraps a little later in the day on a Tuesday so at first I was a little sympathetic when they messed up my order and gave me grilled chicken instead of crispy. I called in they said they would replace the wrap another day, I agreed and said that works. Well after hanging up and getting about half way through the wrap I noticed the chicken was raw on the inside so I decided to take a photo for proof. Today I call to explain not only was my wrap wrong, it was raw chicken! First they state I will only be getting a wrap not a drink or side..... maybe start of with an apology? So i then get manager Lisa on the phone, still waiting on an apology, but nope still waiting. I am basically being called a liar at this point by the MANAGER, shes stating there is no possible way there meat is raw they check it every time so I told her i have a picture and still nothing. At this point I don't even want a free wrap or meal if offered. So being a regular at great wraps i decided I am going to walk in calm and show them the picture just so they know that I am telling the truth. I show the photo to Manager Lisa and even after looking at a rubber pink piece of chicken she told me thats not raw, are chickens always cooked, and just kept denying the truth. I stared id never be coming back, this place use to be amazing, not sure what happened they raise their prices yet the quality of food and service goes down. $25 for a raw wrap and some cardboard fries sounds really worth it. This place is absolute garbage now, and I will never go back, wish i could put the photo of my wrap in here.
