If you just want to support a mom and pop cigar shop, I’d say it’s fine, but you have to keep in mind due to him being a small cigar lounge you’re paying quite a bit in interest for cigars that are brand name if you happen to buy his personal cigars that he makes they are a fair price My example of that would be drew states papa Fritas usually range between about $6.50 to seven dollars at most prior to tax, but at his cigar lounge, you’re paying $13 which is pretty much double the price that you can get that cigar online or through or a more known cigar lounge. He’s not a bad dude in my personal experience but I just can’t see myself going there spending the extra funds on cigars. And then looking other places and see that it’s half off of the price that he’s taxing us on so this is just a good heads up for anybody considering in the future again if you just want to support a local mom and Pop shop I say go for it if you’re trying to get the most worth out of your money, I’d say maybe wait another time before you go there

Got there at 7 PM on a Friday evening and they had already closed. After seeing other reviews, similar to this, I assumed that could potentially happen, and it did.

Carlos and his knowledge / cigar recommendations were perfect

I've been hunting for Flor de Florez cigars for over 20 years: the most enjoyable cigars I've ever smoked (in the mid to late 90's). I'm very excited to have found them again. The person I spoke with was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful: a first-class cigar shopping experience. I hope to be giving them all of my future business... from 1200 miles away.

Cool vibe and chilled environment. My little getaway from the world.

Overpriced. Miami had much pricing on cigars. Maybe the area but I found most of the cigars too expensive.

Carlos is great, cigars exceeded my expectations, I normally go for big name cigars, but was in the area and always open to new places.Did not disappoint, I will return

Best cigar experience in Palm Beach!

I do not understand businesses like this. Posted hours do not match what they practice. Ubered 15 minutes to get here and it was closed. Owner saw our disappointment from upstairs but did not come down. Opening until midnight on a Saturday is not “necessary” (but appreciated) but if you post such hours on google and do not honour them you can be sure I will do everything in my power to avoid your business and ensure everyone in my circles does the same.

Nice, quaint, a place to buy a good stick and chill. Hang around long enough and the little dog who lives there might come up & let you pet him.

Carlos was so helpful and explained the qualities of his cigars. I bought 2 and enjoyed both immensely!! They were so good!! Everything is told me was true about his cigars. I am going back to get more to bring home and plan to order from him in the future!! They had such smooth flavor, incredible draw and a dense long ash and I didn’t have to relight either one! Amazing!! The price was right and the quality impeccable!! Thank you Carlos!!
