Such a time saver! Love the herb crusted chicken with cauliflower mash! Thai chicken is great too! I just tried the vegan eggplant parm… it has potential - rice noodles need a little flavor! Eggplant was great- suggestion : just add some more tomato sauce - boom! Problem solved! All in all, food is great and proportions are fantastic!

I went there for the first time right after I left the gym. I gotta say they do have a wide variety of prepped food. On top of that they have an outside area for immediate consumption and a microwave too! I tried the cowboy steak and the chicken cesar wrap and they were both delicious!! Usually you think of prepped food meh its gonna taste like old food but this was really good, healthy and afforadble! 100/10 will go there again.

Here are my on-going scores of their various dishes (I’ll rate others after I’ve tried them).Steak Fajita: 9/10Crusted chicken: 9/10Chicken Tex Mex chili: 8.5/10Korean ground beef: 8.5/10Pulled pork: 8.5/10Pulled chicken: 7.5/10Honey garlic pork chop: 7/10Blackened chicken: 6/10Protein breakfast: 6/10Skirt steak: 5.5/10Beef 0Tuna 0Chicken 0Breakfast 0Generally speaking, the heating instructions state to microwave each meal for two minutes. However, that tended to ruin the chicken, steak and tuna dishes as that made the meat rubbery or just ruined (tuna). I surmise that if I had heated those dishes in a more traditional way (and not heated the tuna) they would have been much better so I’ve adjusted my rating a bit to account for the negative effects of microwaving. The pork chop was quite fatty. The two dishes at the bottom of my list were simply culinary disasters IMHO. Finally most of the dishes could use much more sauce which would greatly improve their taste.All of this is a bit of a shame because there’s a potential for virtually all of the dishes to be excellent. As well, their price is right, the nutrition is right and their portions are right. IMHO just working harder on each individual dish to perfect each would honestly bring Ideal Nutrition to the top of their field.
