Worst ihop I’ve ever been to no ketchup the service was terrible!!!!! Everyone needs to be fired including the manager all he did was stand around and not help his team. I ordered a milkshake and by the time it came to the table it was cold milk. I’m so disgusted with this ihop

Sat there for 10 mnts no one came to our table every looked stressed as we walked in. There was a big table that seemed to have been waiting there for a while. Servers just walked around and never even had time to sit us down. A la day came an handed us a menu after 5 minutes and said just seat your self. When all the tables were dirty to even sit. Awful awful awful service

My husband and I are from Fort myers we Came down because my husband’s mother is in critical condition ad we came to say good bye. This morning we got up and where looking for some confort food. Came to the restaurant and was seated right away but waited for more the 15 minutes no body came to say we be right with you or nothing. We have a really bad experience

Horrible service, food was not good at all. We ordered blueberry pancakes and didn't get the blueberry topping or whipped cream. We got a cup of a few berrys. We asked for eggs over medium we received scrambled eggs. Forgot half of our meal. Coffee cup was dirty with ketchup. Toast was over cooked. Just a bad experience.

I ordered the country fried steak with salad and mashed potatoes. They had no salad, so I ordered the broccoli. I ordered a side of onion rings, and an order of jalapeño poppers. I got no onion rings, three pieces of broccoli and a half a scoop of mashed potatoes. That is ridiculous for a restaurant that has nobody sitting in it

Thank God for IHOP I had an early morning and this place was open 24/7 some IHOPs are only open until 8:00 or 9:00 and they put out 24 hours but they never are but this one 24

We got there and nobody came to take our order until I told one of the waiters we’ve been waiting almost half an hour for someone to take our order. There was a blonde elderly waitress with a bad attitude sitting on a booth chilling while we were there waiting for someone to assist us. When she got up to assist a client she got their coffee and while she was walking she was spilling the coffee all over the floor grabbing to cups of coffee with only one hand. The waiter took our order wrong. The food was cold. I ordered cinna stak pancakes and this is what they gave me. The eggs tasted like fish and the pancakes tasted like soap. The utensils were dirty which is disgusting. We had to pay $50 for junk. Disastrous experience and horrible service. Shame on ihop for this location.
