Is frustrating when u need to ask for the bathrooms key to the cashier and also they don't take the eyes out of you waiting for you to order first.Why I have to order first and then ask for the bathrooms? Is a law, rule or policy?I'm confused.

Edited: The Quick Pickup order online here is a disaster. They never have it ready on time and you have to wait in the restaurant like a regular order.I have eaten here a few times. So far, no issues. The service is good when I go. Food is hot and fresh.

I got the new 8Pc Spicy combo Very good and well seasond. Sauces were Top Tier the staff were so nice and genuine. And they actually did what they were told by the customer and this place is clean like palace clean I could see my face in the table?Kid-friendliness: They give kids toys so they're happy on the way home ?Wheelchair accessibility: Door transform into ramp

update if I could give zero stars I would 8/27/2023 place was dirty bathroom smelled disgusting weighted so long for two two-piece meals. Never got our drinks staff too busy wanting to chit chat off to the side but the main part of the zero stars is the place was disgusting. Food was all over the ground. The bathroom just had the worst smell I've ever encountered. I walked in and immediately walked. Not even walked. Ran back out. Told the person and they just looked at me like I had 15 heads last time going there. I'll stick with the one on northlake boulevard will be posting pics as well of the nasty dining room2021 waited 27min for a pot pie
