Just got off the phone and the lady was so rude. She hung up on me just because I asked why my burger brought no patty on it. When I called back her coworker was even more rude and said she did not hang up on me.You get my order wrong and then hang up on me. Food is good service is trash.Call was at 8:09pm. Please train your staff for customer service or at bare minimum to understand some english.

The delicious food!But I find it in very bad taste, that an order for two people is delivered in 4 times, it seems unacceptable to meWe order1 Hamburger1 Sausage potatoes1 Side of Eggs2 Juices.Immediately we sat down they brought the hamburgers, 10 minutes later the Juices, 5 minutes later the eggs and half an hour later the Sausages.I really don't see the logic, it seemed in very bad taste to me.

I chose this place on the day I was hungriest because I thought it would meet my expectations. And the truth is that I am very sorry to give this opinion because I am sure that they can offer better services than what I got today. I ordered a tostón with meat to take away and I told the girl that the meats came already mixed since she told me it came with pork and she told me no, so I ordered only shredded meat and I took it to eat it at work. It is two minutes from the place.My big surprise is that when I arrived with my mouth watering, I opened the food and found a base made of very thin pure banana, which is good because the toston is delicious, somewhat toasted and crunchy. And my surprise was that when I opened it, it had 5 or 6 pieces of chicharrón, the first mistake and a pittance of completely dry, toasted and tasteless meat that was lost between the tostón and a little sauce that you couldn't even feel any of. moist. And to put the cherry on the cake, the tostón was INEDIBLE, since it was like overcooked and super cold, not at all fresh and looked like rubber, I couldn't cut it into small pieces to be able to eat and to top it off without any flavor. It was IMPOSSIBLE to be able to eat it, you will see in the photos that because of the hunger I was only able to snack on some edges and try to eat something because I was dying of hunger. I had to vote for the rest because the meat was like eating strands of thread or dry rope, plus for what it costs, it didn't represent it in quantity, it was very little.It hurt me to throw it in the trash because it was "FOOD" but INEDIBLE food...THAT'S WHY I GIVE MY RATING OF WHAT I ATE TODAY BECAUSE OF THE BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD AND I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND. The staff was VERY NICE, I LIKED THE PLACE, THE ATMOSPHERE WAS GOOD, BUT I WAS NOT LUCKY AND IT GAVE ME A LOT OF ANNOYANCE BECAUSE I HAD BETTED ON YOU. I just hope that the annoyance goes away and think about giving them another chance to see if I have luck with something else and change my mind. Since we must support each other in our endeavors and I know it could have been better. Don't forget that references make the differences.Good night.
