The food is fantastic - but I had an unfortunate encounter with the manager who stood in disbelief when I told him my order was done incorrectly. Instead of actively listening and looking at the receipt of my order, he insisted I call in my order next time. I was a bit baffled that he was resisting just getting to the solution, which was to remake my order per how I ordered it (correctly) online. He was a bit hyper focused on being in the right when the ticket was clearly broken out between two styles of pizza. Eventually, his saw the error and came out to where I was waiting to apologize, good for him he finally took ownership and stopped blaming me for their error. They essentially fixed the situation but it took a long time to get to the conclusion of the interaction. He allowed me to keep the messed up order and upgraded a fresh and correct order to the next size up and included a 2 liter soda. But he would not have had to do any of that or feel so guilty if he had done the right thing from the start - in the world of customer service (to which I was a part of for 20 years myself) you can’t afford to waste a customer’s time on the details on who did what wrong… don’t argue or escalate the situation by fixating on blame and therefore creating a very sour and frustrating experience that was tough to shake. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location unfortunately. There’s another one almost just as close.

Helped some friends declutter their home today and they ordered Marco's for dinner. We got a small cheese pizza and a medium pepperoni pizza delivered. The pizza was delicious. Nice flavorful red sauce and the perfect amount of cheese. The pepperonis were a bit overcooked for my liking but still tasty nonetheless. I would order from this Marco's again.

I went last night first time to grab a good pizza after closing my own restaurant :) I am usually not a pizza person but I ordered garden pizza with chicken and pineapple ! And I finished it all ! I’ve been ordering with this location for over 2 yrs and when I say this is the worst service I’ve received 1/22/24 2:44 Monday …. I’m livid right now because the manager on duty had a disgusting attitude ! After waiting over a hour for my pizza to be delivered 5 mins from my house , by the time it arrives my pizza & breadsticks is stiff as if it’s been sitting in the car for an hour “ridiculous “ by this time I’ve been waiting so long I tried to eat a slice so I can take my meds and I couldn’t chew it ..I called to inform the store manager and he says sorry there’s nothing I can do about it … I ask so you can’t make me a hot pizza ?? He replies no I can’t! This world is truly sad how people treat others and how they will play with your food , money and well being . They have sure lost a loyal customer due to one inconsiderate disrespectful employee

So this is what a $50 pizza looks like from this Marco's pizza now. I have been ordering from here for a while. I've never seen a pizza. Come from there like this. I did not order a thin crust pizza. But that's what I got. My thumb is thicker than the end crust.
