They have no one working the register. You have to use a kiosk to order your food. Once you order and pay, you have no idea if your order went through because the screen goes blank and no receipt. The place is dirty. Could not find a clean table to with my granddaughter!

Well it's been a while...but I feel as though this deserves it. Happy meals always get basic thing in fries apples slices and protein of. Choice...how can you send a child out missing all but the protein and not even give her the sauce we asked for? I am all for equal opportunity but if you cannot speak the language nessecito to learn your trabaja then you need to not be employed. I am primarily English speaking and live in a multilingual area...being said...I practice my Spanish every day just to make sure if necessary I can communicate with people. Now I have to go back to the store because my fault for thinking they got the order correct since the only thing I ordered was a happy meal and they only gave me nuggets and a toy. How can you be that lazy to not make sure you're taking the time to check basic orders? Never-ending the fact they don't answer the phones when you call at all. Shameful to have people employed and not training them.how to properly do their job.

The woman working the 24-hour shift on February 9, 2024, was chatting on her phone when we asked if the business was open 24 hours. Rather than responding to our question, she waved us away and went to the rear. According to the website, 24 hours. awful

The service seemed lacking orders took forever and were often wrong. To make matters worse they lock the bathroom because apparently they don't trust the local population to not do drugs in there or something. Not a very welcoming McDonald's.Edit:I'm revising my review. They actually got worse. I did a mobile order and it took over twenty minutes to get. I'd forgive them if they were busy but they weren't. The place was also dirty on the inside a lot of the tables were dirty and the floor had straw wrappers and the like at various places. This place needs to do better fast food if not 20 minutes without even being busy.

Is the way the employees know that we are outside and they see us waiting in the drive thru and we are completely ignored. We are here picking up an Uber eats order for a customer is not even for us.
The woman that was in the store on February 9th 2024 for the 24 hour shift was on her phone and when we asked if the store is 24 hrs she shrugged us off and walked to the back instead of addressing us. The website says 24 hours. Horrible
