The food was okay but they false advertise it clearly said the lunch special was $7.99 and they charged me about $12.

Mr Mack’s is not just a restaurant; it's a cultural experience that transports diners straight to the vibrant streets of Jamaica. Nestled in the heart of WPB, this gem of a restaurant offers an unforgettable journey through the flavors and traditions of Caribbean cuisine. The best Rasta Pasta I have ever had. Excellent really huge portion. Sooo creamy and cooked perfect.

I called in to inquire about sides and the woman on the phone said she’s busy and that I should pick sides when I got there. In ordered fried fish and got rice and cabbage. The fish tasted old and had no flavor. The rice was definitely old and mushy. The only thing I liked was the cabbage.

The worst !!!!!!I just went there to pick up an order and an old lady pcame at me asking what was is my order. I told her I ordered online, they should have my order. She asked for receipt. I went to my car, picked up my phone, and went back inside to show her my receipt. This is when she started to tell me a bunch of things that have nothing to do with me. I told her that what she is saying about how her system works is not my concern; I'm here to pick up an order. But she wouldn't stop talking.I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone. That lady doesn't know what customer service means. The client doesn't have anything to do with your business. keep it for yourself.

The owner is warm and welcoming. She is very professional, kind and friendly.Food is well season and tasty. The jerk chicken is legit... straight out of the jerk pan into your plate, no oven roast thing as others do. Definitely my number one what I am in Palm Beach CountyParking: Once you turn in, the parking is in the back

I’m from Jersey and I eat a lot of Caribbean food back home. This is by far the best Caribbean food I’ve had since I been in West Palm Beach. I had the jerk chicken yesterday and the brown stew chicken today. They’re both so good I can’t choose which one was better. Also, the staff is very polite. When I go back to Jersey, I’ll miss this place!

I recently ordered a large oxtail and curry goat from "Mr. Mack" Jamaican restaurant, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While the flavors were commendable, there were some significant hiccups in the service. The oxtail, though flavorful, was a bit too fatty for my liking, and the rice portion seemed disproportionate to the meat. Furthermore, the mix-up with my order--receiving BBQ chicken instead of the curry goat I ordered--initially went unnoticed. Upon realizing the mistake, I contacted the restaurant, and they assured me they'd make it right. However, the resolution fell short of expectations. Although they agreed to provide a free curry goat, I received a small portion, with the explanation that I had already consumed some of the chicken. While I appreciate their attempt to correct the mistake, the compensation felt insufficient.Communication with the owner was polite, but the overall experience left me wanting more in terms of customer service and satisfaction.Other thoughts: It is a nice little spot, but very tight inside and difficult to park; I ended up taking the food to go.
