Online ordering is brutal. Never successfully navigated that aspect. 30 minutes retrying on PC, phone, tablet. I've only managed to order on the phone. It is very nice that they ask if id like what I ordered last time. That's the only thing that keeps me "calling" back. Fix your online ordering please.

This Pizza Hut always makes my pizza perfect. I like it well done and cut in squares. I mobile order my pizzas and my pizzas are always ready to pick up when I arrive. There is a very nice employee at this location. She may be the manager. Her name is Zena or Xena.

It was so bad I ordered food science yesterday and did not get it I paid and everything when I called the place they said the order was already delivered this place is very bad I would never recommend going here you will not be hearing from me anymore

Pizza was ok but buffet is closed. I asked and it sounded like it wasn't opening anymore. For me, that was the main reason for choosing Pizza Hut. So it's a shame. Toilet and WiFi were available and fine.The employee listened to music in one ear and often couldn't understand us, which wasn't so pleasant.

Horrible last time I checked the delivery driver was supposed to deliver to my room instead he called me yelling at me to come to the front of hotel when I approached him he was complaining that he didn’t want to get out the car and I had tip before he came wish I never did this will be the last time I will order here and it’s 25 of us so we will order from somewhere else instead and the pizza was cold I need my money back

One of the most terrible's pizza huts around! Use to be the best location decads ago! Charge you for a personal Pan pizza, but give you a hand toss. And claim that it is a personal pan!

If I could give no stars I would very rude and late pizza was over and hour late when it was to be there in 35 mins called to find out what was going on was put on hold for 20 mins and the only person that I did told me it wasn't there job and put me back on hold pizza was cold and not what I ordered never going

When picking up my curbside order, I had to call the store multiple times. First time, no one answered. Second time, went to the order line, and the guy advised someone would bring out my order. Third time, no one answered. Fourth time, the girl answered and just said "Okay", when I told her I was there for curbside. I waited at least 25min. to receive my food. No one ever came out. When I finally went inside to get it, the girl working that night was talking to another employee and laughing. Neither were assisting other customers, nor trying to get my order out to me. I order here frequently, and am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. When I walked in, the cashier she stopped her conversation with the other girl quickly, and looked Surprised/Shocked that I had come in. After 25min, my food was lukewarm, and was the only one in the warmer oven. The cashier is disrespectful and needs to be coached and punished for this type of action/non-service. This was a highly disappointing experience. Will go to other establishments, which I'm sure would love to get my patronage. Would give zero stars for service & atmosphere, but of course, not able to.
