Is management asleep that their google map location has been wrong for this long? Enter Pollo Tropical in google maps and the place says on West and Okeechokee but the real address is 2611. I almost got into an accident circling around finding this place... seems like management submitted 6211 okeechokee to Google, thus Google marked the wrong spot.

THERE IS NO POLLO TROPICAL q where google maps says. When you input the address manually not typing pollo tropical it takes you to the actual, physical location.

STAY AWAY THEY ARE SUPER FILTHY. I FOUND HAIR IN MY MEAL TODAY THE MANAGER REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME WHEN I REFUSED TO EAT FOOD WITH HAIR. THEY ARE NOW WORSE THAN A TOILET IN MY OPINION. Stay away do not eat at any Pollo Tropical. No proper sanitation.

I asked for salsas, the gay guy was rude, saying you have to ask.After that I said can I have drink, he said we don't serve drinks, the guy who charge you suppose to give it to you.. that guy was unhappy that day I think.The other thing, the price is a lot more than used to be, which I understand but, there's no anyone onion or salsa that you can get as you want...If you rose the price it's ok, but don't cut the service...Very upset ....
