Just placed am order for my daughter's high school basketball team at the Kings Academy before their big game tonight. I decided to download the app to place the order. It is the easiest food app I have ever used. I only use a few and I find the Pollo Tropical app to be very simple. Service was AMAZING. The cashier was super polite and always kept a smile. The rice and chicken were a little undercooked but understandable as there was a rather large order to be filled at that time. The team worked their hardest to make sure everyone got their meals in a reasonable time frame.

Food is good. Dont like the new containers to go. I liked it better when my rice and beans were separated and the steak and sauce were separate and not dumped all over the rice. Order was completely incorrect and got argued with even though they're looking at the slip and looking at the items in my bag. Items were missing and items were incorrect. Very disappointing experience and no apologies just rude arguments.
