Everything was fantastic! Celebrated my father's 73rd birthday, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Starting with the hostess Bianca, who was so helpful in booking the best seat in the house. We went over possible ideas, and she was very accommodating. For a hotel restaurant, this dining establishment does well to stand out from the crowd of the usual beleaguered hotel restaurants. There’s a sense that it stands on its own, much like Bonvoy’s The Ben, Autograph Collection, in which the restaurant exists.
