I have to say this wow wow wow from the moment I walked in the doors to leaving everything was above and beyond the waitress sat me down, and then the waiter came and took my order suggested things for me. We started having a conversation, and by the end of the meal unexpectedly he brings me out a birthday cake because we were having a conversation. It was my birthday. Wow the food was delicious Service excellent can’t say more.

Arrived at 8:05 for an 8:15 reservation. Upon entering the hostess was not at podium but standing to the right in entrance way to dining area. She did not make contact or acknowledge us for two -three minutes so I started to wonder if she was the hostess. Finally she said “ I will be right with you”, something she should have done when we entered. She then came to us and said there were a couple of tables ahead of us and pointed us to the lounge and said “ enjoy our lounge while we get you table ready”. That wasn’t the case but we ordered a cocktail each and waited until 8:50 when the hostess came over and said that our table was ready. From that point on we were rushed through the process. We hadn’t even looked at the menu before the waitress came over and asked if we wanted a drink and some starters. We each order a drink and while she retrieved them we took a look at menu and decided on our starters. Our waitress then asked if we had decided on our dinners yet to which we told her “not yet”.Within 2 minutes our starter was on the table, bread came a short time after and we placed our order fur Delmonica steaks , both medium. After having some appetizer and bread we were told that our dinners were coming soon. After an extended period of time the waitress came over and said it would be just a few more minutes. Again after another few minutes she came back to tell us there was a problem with computer but our steaks were on their way shortly. It sounded like they forgot to put our main course order in.When they finally arrived it appeared as though my wife’s potato had been sitting around all day. My mashed potatoes were dense and seemed as if they had been made earlier in the day. The roasted garlic halves we received were dry and also had been sitting around. I am sure we did not get Delmonca steaks but were given standard cut Ribeyes. I know my steaks. We ordered coffee and one desert which the waitress offered for no charge. Keep in mind, we never once gave any indication that we were unsatisfied so the staff knew what was going on.Our waitress was clearing items from our table while we were still eating. They took the butter and our cream without even asking if we were done with it.While we’re eating our meals, the staff was vigorously setting tables and cleaning the restaurant , giving us another sense of being rushed. It was our first time at this restaurant and it was not a good first impression.

Dana and Danielle were awesome!! They packed our large to go order to perfection. We order takeout a lot because with being busy and have a little one we just don’t always have time to cook! We notice the little things and Raindancer blew it out of the park. We got the New York strip cooked perfectly (medium) and the sweet potatoes which they pack with cinnamon butter and brown sugar on the side! So well done. Our little one loved the kids pasta and the 5 layer chocolate cake is incredible!! Thanks to the team we will absolutely be back!

Nice bar for pre-dinner drinks. 14 ounce bone-in filet was incredibly small...could not have been the size on the menu. Baked potato also small. The dessert we ordered not available. With a good bottle of wine expect $75 - $100 per person. There are better options. Bennett

Great place for dinner , special occasion. Not a regular go out on Monday thing because of price but Early bird is really reasonable for a reg, night out , have to be seated before 6 and you have to ask for that menu . All the food is spectacular the GREEN and I do mean GREEN GODDESS dressing is the best ever. Don't miss that , I even like it on my steak. Happy Hour in bar is great deal too. Would recommend if trying to impress a client or someone important to you. Not rushed on your dinner so you don't feel like they are trying to move you out to refill the table. The room is dimly lit so you may need your phone light to see menu better . But all and all high quality meal and desserts , Crispy Bacon is like no appetizer you ever had.

As always, everything was absolutely delicious. We are somewhat regular here. That said there are a few things to be mindful of. As the place gets busier, Service tends to become a little more flustered and slower. The sharing charge is a little ridiculous especially when you order a 24 oz porterhouse. That is a meal for two and should not have a sharing charge. The mushroom soup, which is on a special was outstanding. The lobster mac & cheese also delicious. The mashed potatoes were average. I also wish they had a more extensive wine by the glass list. For a steakhouse, the fact that their best Cabernet was a sterling leaves a little to be desired. All in all, but every time we've been here, we've never had a bad meal. The hostess is awesome?

After years of using the same "steakhouse" I decided to make a change. I host large company events and Nicky and the crew at Raindancer Steakhouse did not disappoint. The room was set and ready for us. They had room for us to grow, which we did, and the staff was attentive, quick, and ready for whatever came their way. I had guests show up late, 25 minutes late, and they were seated quickly, quietly, and their orders were taken respectfully as the host speaker was in the middle of his presentation. I had one small issue... I was not in attendance personally and did not get to enjoy the meals presented. My clients and company were happy and taken care of. Booked a second event right away and that is tonight. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with Raindancer Steakhouse. Price point is right in line where you would expect a steakhouse to be. 100% recommended. Elizabeth KentDietary restrictions: Accommodations were made for "no salt" no seasonings for 1 of the 20 steaks. It was clearly marked and server hot, cooked to perfection, and the client was very happy.

This was my second visit here after a few years. It was a great experience. An older crowd for sure but the service was first class. We sat at the bar and ended up doing the sunset menu. I had the filet mignon tips which was a generous serving. The Ceasar salad was excellent as the first course, fresh unwilted lettuce! The last course was the creme brûlée with a large half strawberry. I also tried the calamari from the happy hour menu which was excellent. Other patrons were ordering from the happy hour menu which looked excellent, will definitely be back to try some of those items. The lounge and bar area is intimate and there is adequate seating. There is also a piano set up for Friday and Saturday evening so I imaging that will be lovely.
