This has got to be one of the one worst restaurant in west palm beach to order from! It's going on almost 2 weeks, I've called daily, went in there and Yet to speak to an actual manager! How they operate like this, I'll never understand! I ordered from here on my anniversary. 2 meals $96.16. The food was absolutely terrible!! The steaks were supposed to be medium, it was literally Raw. Rare at very best! The shrimp was chewy like rubber. I called immediately after arriving home.Of course a manager was not there.The following day, I called to speak to a manager, but they weren't a manager.Was told to call bk tomorrow. Called bk the following day, and no manager.Same the next day! Nothing but the run around! I Went in there sat and sun and sun I finally was told the manager is there but cooking on the line. The restaurant was in a uproar. Customers walking around screaming they waited over a hour and no food. Customers walking out telling me,don't bother going inside ill never get my food. Another Customer threatening to get there own drinks. A complete mad house! As a former server, I wanted to throw on a apron and run food, get drinks, buss tables, reassure the Customers there food would be out momentarily.lolThis evening I called back, again no manager on duty, i spoke to the hostess and was told to call back Wed. So yes I'm beyond frustrated!! I hate leaving bad reviews but this place will not survive another month like this! If it was a $30 tab, I wouldn't even waste my time with this but When I'm paying $100 for 2 meals, that we couldn't even eat, I'm furious!

This building should be shut down.You walk in to an empty lobster tank.Lights flickering on and off dimming in and out, good thing I don’t have seizures.The food tastes mediocre, tasteless really.I felt bad for the waiter I could tell it was only her and this girl was running circles trying to get to all of us . How do you not have a bar tender on a SUNDAY.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Waited over 20 minutes just to be greeted, and I never received my drink but was handed the check with the drink on there. The table was dirty and so was the menus, the food it self was good but the service was such a nightmare that it made it tasteless.Overall this experience has topped my list of bad restaurant experiences and definitely will not return!If you care about having good service and having fun with your guests STAY AWAYSeriously

I work at the hospital and picked up dinner for me and a staff member on the way to work. The steak was so bloody. I asked for medium, I got RAW AF! And they forgot my bread. I tried to call to tell them,of course I sat on hold ten mins without speaking to a manager. Never Again! Both me and my staff had to trash our steaks. Literally eating broccoli for dinner.

I have only been to red lobster twice in my life. I went with my mom this occasion because she loves seafood and we were celebrating a milestone in her life. the waitress and staff in general were VERY NICE. kudos on the staff. the passion colada drink was DELICIOUS. the we both got the SESAME SOY SALMON BOWL. If u read the menu and look at the picture, it describes a spring mix salad with edamame.... we got iceberg lettuce with nothing on it. it describes "crispy" Brussel sprouts. however made this has no idea what they're doing. it looked and tasted like burnt thin black CRISPY paper. not good. I thought it was regular orzo on the menu but apparently it was orzo rice, so my mistake but it was cooked well and yummy. and the salmon was yummy as well. there was sesame vinaigrette as described albeit less than shown in the picture. overall disappointing. we should have asked for a discount seeing as how we were not even told there would be no edamame or spring mix, and the horrible inedible Brussel sprouts. of the like 8 Brussel sprouts, maybe half of one was edible. I know people go here for shellfish so maybe that's the way to go, I wouldn't know. oh and their biscuits are still as delicious as I remember. I reminded myself we were there to celebrate my moms day and this was her restaurant pick so it is what it is. I will not be returning

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in a year or 2. The food was good but a bit salty for my taste. The service was slow. Our waitress was also the bartender, so there was the problem, in my opinion. A few other waitresses tried to help. One lady was better than the rest, but overall, slow service. As usual, the place is dark and dusty. The lampshades had dust hanging from them. The wainscoting top had a layer of dust you could see from across the aisle. Not a comfortable experience. I won't go back.Vegetarian options: I didn't see any options outside of a salad. The salad was fresh.
