We had to wait past our reservation time which was fine. We went to bar and ordered a Pinot Noir and Cabernet off bar menu however got charged for the $40 glass of Cabernet we didn't see listed. Manager came over and corrected. We sat 30 minutes past reservation time but received free appetizers which was nice. Now my husband checked his credit card statement and was charged double for bill. Ugh. Too much hassle for this restaurant when we eat out all the time

This is a great place for a meal. The ambiance is lovely. They had just added a petite filet onto their menu, which was excellent, served with bernaise sauce. I would love to see a few more options, as the menu is a bit limited for main courses. Perhaps offer something other than salmon as a fish dish-like a whitefish. All in all, service was great and I would recommend this restaurant.

What an interesting place to dine! A most unusual atmosphere, part furniture and decor store, part restaurant. Classy and cozy at the same time. Our server, Rachel, was excellent. My steak was quick and properly prepared. Most interesting artichoke appetizer. Great meal!

This is a very odd restaurant situation. The setting is very upscale. The wait staff courteous and reasonably attentive. The food we ate (burgers and sandwiches) was delicious and was timely served. Based on these elements alone I would have rated the experience 4 stars. However, the downfall is the menu itself. There was nothing of unique significance on the menu whatsoever. Totally pedestrian menu. The dessert menu, in its entirety consisted of vanilla/chocolate ice cream, sorbet, or a chocolate chip cookie. RH Rooftop is, sadly, a glorified hamburger joint. If a tasty $22 hamburger is what you see, this is your place.

Really good experience overall. Beautiful dining room (a bit too bright with sunshine at midday - my wife put her sunglasses on!), attentive without being obtrusive service and excellent food.

Caesar salad was very fishy with big chunks of anchovy and barely any dressing. Mushroom side wasn't great. Lobster roll and French dip was great. Regular french fries good and crispy.

We arrived for our 7:45 reservation and were not seated in the dining room, instead we were seated along the side at a cocktail table. We had to wait 30 minutes for a proper table. Next, they ignored my notes about a birthday celebration for my guest. Very disappointed.

This was my second time for a birthday celebration and everything was wonderful. I cant wait to go back a third and hopefully we get to experience the terrace area. The views are awesome.

Had a great meal - lovely store and restaurant. The only issue was I was blinded by the sunlight and there was an apparent war going on between people in dining area regarding the blinds - they kept going up and down. The people who didn't have the sun blinding them kept requesting them to be lifted and those that couldn't see as the sun was setting probably requested the blinds be put down! They should drop them to a certain level to block the sun and raise them as soon as possible when the sun drops behind the surrounding buildings. It was a little distracting and annoying!

I personally love an open and bright restaurant. This rooftop restaurant is situated in top of the Restoration Hardware store downtown and it is all windows around and above. We had dinner before a show at the Kravis and our server was very mindful of our schedule. So if your looking for a before show dinner - with walking distance of the Kravis - look no further. The food was outstanding- the menu was somewhat limited but when everything on there is amazing - it doesn't matter - you won't go wrong. My only beware is that they do not serve sprits. Beer, wine, champagne/Prosecco - yes. But if you're looking forward to a martini - you won't find one here.

Couldn't have asked for better service. The hostess went out of her way to accommodate us when we arrived early and realized we wanted to be in the courtyard rather than outside. Our waiter, Matt couldn't have provided better service. Kudos for your staff training.

Have been to RH many times. Romantic atmosphere. Last night my husband and I dined there. Our experience was horrible. I requested to not be seated at any low tables/seats because of my bad back. Reiterated this concern to the hostess and requested she seat us at a cafe table that have more supportive chairs. She said she couldn’t do that and seated us at a table with extremely soft cushions. The cafe tables were empty the entire time we were there. Needless to say, I could barely walk last night after we left RH. Hostesses should be a little bit more compassionate to diner’s needs. Management needs to train them better

Great location, view with indoor and outdoor seating! Food is great with decent portions prepared fresh. Nice place for breakfast, brunch or lunch!

Overall great experience. The restaurant design is beautiful, filled with people enjoying the food and conversation-as we did ourselves service great, food excellent, atmosphere excellent. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable afternoon. We traveled from Miami via Brightline to be there and we'd return because of the food
