Don’t waste your time go somewhere else! I went to eat here with my wife and on the menu it says 18% gratuity for a party of 4 will be automatically added! That’s lies they charge you no matter how many people is in your party and their lies was “I’m sorry we haven’t updated this floor menu but the hibachi menu is updated.” By the looks of it they’ve had plenty of time to update it. They also didn’t give us the first round of shrimps like it claims that’s included in the order and the rice I couldn’t even finish it. It had a weird texture and salty! First time going and last time going! It’s also overpriced for the quality and taste! They also add $4.50 for rice aside from the drinks also.

Okay for starters, no sushi. Which is odd at a Japanese hibachi restaurant. We came with children whom were so excited. But we were RUSHED. Sat at 7:00 and we were finished by 7:45. They didn't offer appetizers until we had asked, and all that were ordered never came. Once ordered the chef was there in 2 minutes, he cooked, he was good but again rushed and nothing was actually good. Steak was so chewy kids didn't even eat it. The fried rice was made with yellow rice not white so it had an odd taste. The waitress took our order and never returned until the bill, we had to ask the bus boy for anything we needed in between. The place itself looks extremely run down and from being in such a populated, popular spot they really need to make some changes. The bathrooms were horrendous, it felt that i was in a gas station bathroom, dirty!! I don't think id be returning. The square should make some changes.

absolutely terrible service , they will not start your to-go order until you arrive at the restaurant, this is the only saitos location that does this, had me waiting 30 minutes for my small to go order that I ordered over the phone 20 minutes prior to arriving.. absolutely terrible customer service.. im someone who never writes bad reviews but this is just unacceptable

The food itself was good but billing was deceptive, and I unfortunately will not be returning. First of all they automatically add an 18% gratuity. I'm not against this but they don't tell you this directly and then bring over a machine for an additional 18-25% tip. Secondly they do charge a significant extra amount to have fried rice with your order which would come standard at any other Hibachi place, and this is not declared on the menu.

The food is very good, although if you are one of those who find everything salty, ask for a reduction in the soy sauce. It is a highly recommended experience to go with the family.

Our chef was not interactive at all! No personality, almost rude. As well as the first lady rushing us to make a decision on our order. No time to look over menu. Food was delicious. If you’re looking for a real hibachi experience, I wouldn’t go here. Go just for the food ?♀️

Crazy thing is, I didn't have the best experience my first time there about 8 years & today was worse. Unfortunately for them, nothing has changed. I wouldn't recommend eating there at all.

Sometimes I wonder if those people ever tried to go to Benihana just to see how to cook food. Saitos food was the worst of it all. The rice wasn’t cooked. The tasted wasn’t there. Shrimp wasn’t cook…. Not sure what kind of bull that was.

I’m not sure what the hype is around this place. I went for hibachi lunch and ordered the steak hibachi. Firstly, it went from 16.95 to $30 which is kind of pricey. Secondly, the food was so bland and had no flavor. The steak was dry as well. Thirdly, the cook barely looked like he wanted to be there. It wasn’t as fun or interactive as any other hibachi place I’ve been too. So disappointed. I spend way less at other places and get top quality. I tried this place twice and was disappointed each time. I will take my money else where. Sad.
