The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I wish I was joking…. I ordered at 11:35am and got a drink that wasn’t even the right drink at 12:10. The ladies were so rude and kept skipping to the drinks they didn’t wanna make like mine. By the time I got the wrong drink I simply asked for a refund because I did not have time to wait for another 30 min drink. Wow. This place should be shut down. Absolute worst caramel frappuccino I’ve ever had. My wife got a coffee that is ok. I got a bagel and asked for an extra cream cheese and they basically laughed at me. Pbi should be embarrassed at such a complete disgrace to a well known establishment.

Just ordered a cold brew, no ice. Watched the lady, took a half cup of cold brew, and filled the rest of the way up with water. It's expensive enough, not to mention the extra tacked on because it's an airport, to pay that much for watered-down coffee. Not to mention, it wasn't even filled to the top because of all the foam. Shame on you, Starbucks.
