Not sure why workers are so unhappy. I understand you're busy but while I was grabbing my mobile order I asked the ladies for ice water and one let me know they don't have ice water. So I asked for a cup of water and one of them said they don't have water. I'm not sure how they make coffee beverages without water and iced drinks without ice? And the snacks I ordered warm came cold.

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go get a mocha or coffee but this specific Starbucks is absolutely the worst. I ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha with whip cream and they said it should be ready in like 13 minutes but it was really 35 minutes. Service was absolutely HORRIBLE. Staff did get rude. But my drink came out really good tho which was the only positive. I would try to avoid this Starbucks if I were you

Super busy morning and only one guy working. Well done to the employee, not sure his name, but he was one of the managers. He was extremely kind and level headed during a rush. Great job ? Perfect

This Starbucks is located after security. There wasn't much of a line, but the staff seemed a little out of it. We got our drinks after about 10 minutes even though it wasn't busy. I got the apple crisp macchiato and it was well made, so no complaints there. My husband ordered a dark roast but the gave him medium and said there was no dark roast and didn't ask if he preferred something else.

Totally incompetent food service workers hired by totally incompetent management. Cannot produce an order in a timely manner and one poor girl is working hard while two others sit and eat. Customers waiting for coffee with many walking away in frustration.

Avoid this Starbucks!At 11:50am I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and grande caffe mocha with almond milk and no whipped cream.Got the bagel right away.At 12:10pm I asked about my drink. The barista (don’t know her name but had short hair that is dyed light brown/yellow, black drawn in eyebrows) asked 3x what I ordered and had me point out who was at the cash register when I ordered and also show my receipt before she believed I had a missing drink.She finally made my drink and I asked her twice if it was almond milk. She insisted it was.It was NOT.I had to throw out the whole drink after two sips because I am severely allergic to dairy.The whole thing took so long that I was running late to board and was not able to ask for a new drink. Waste of time and money.Avoid this Starbucks location!!

The service was great at this Starbucks yes I enjoyed my ice coffee bold and giving me that boost to have my girls day out

This starbucks is extremely unfriendly. We mobile ordered several drinks and several food items which came out in a timely manner but one sandwich was missing bacon (the bacon Gouda), and the cream based frappe came with coffee in it. When we asked for a remake of the frappe they said that it didn't say cream based on it when it clearly did on the sticker, and they delayed the time of the remake to after making several other customer drinks. The manager is not social with customers and acts like serving us is a chore. After the manager herself remade the frappe she offered no apology or acknowledgment of making the original drink wrong, and skipped putting correct toppings on the frappe, which is arguably the best part or the drink. Not only were frappe and sandwich inaccurate, but we also ordered a hot chocolate which came out cold, defeating the purpose of a HOT chocolate, when we requested a remake they said they ran out of chocolate and we needed to wait for them to make more. Never seen a store that didn't have backups ready! Unfortunately, this is the only starbucks outside of the terminal so you have no choice but to except poor service, and the need to double and triple check your order before leaving. If I could rate zero stars I would.

The ladies here at the Delta Terminal SBs are amazing! For such an early flight they got a long line in and out quickly and happily and cheering on customers. I was in the line and received my beverage in 7 minutes even though the line was very long. The other customers in the line were also enjoying the cashiers cheerfulness and clapping and I could see everyone smiling. It was so refreshing that I needed to share and say thank you ladies for making my long work commute across country a great start.

Chai Latte was excellent as expected. Med Americana was stale and like warm. All for $9.
