This is very heartbreaking I was very happy to go through the drive-thru add a Subway since that was my first time. That was only one person working she was super nice she wrote down my order and still managed to get it all wrong. She made a recommendation for the Philly cheese steak it was so bad I did not eat it I threw it away. My cat wouldn't even pick on it. Not happy at all don't think I will return to that Subway ever again. I'll just get out and go in to watch my food...read full review
Kim was amazing . She made my sub just the way I like it and she pays attention to detail and she talks to me when I come in . A real person who loves her job. Please recognize KIM . She is special and a true customer service personality. Thanks again Kim for all you do .
