the service was very fast. even though there was a line they attended to me very quickly. the two ladies working were on top of it. and the chit chat was very lovely. it was just a pleasant experience over all. also the bathroom was actually very clean!!

I came in today to place a large order, but was disrespected. I’m allergic to pork and don’t handle other meats well, so when I wanted to ask for a veggie delight and noticed the worker wasn’t changing their gloves, I asked them if they could change them before handling my sandwich. Another employee rudely cut in to say the other worker was already going to. It truly didn’t seem so, but I simply replied that I am allergic to pork to let them know why I was cautious. The rude employee then asked me why I didn’t just go home and eat at my house.I was very shocked and disappointed that an employee would treat someone with a dietary restriction this way. Allergies are serious, but that doesn’t mean I should be told to go home when the easy solution is a glove change. That was no way to treat anybody. After this experience, I’m certainly turned off from Subway. I’ll be sharing my story on my platforms to warn others of the kinds of employees Subway hires. Regardless of anyone’s allergies, we should be allowed to treat ourselves to eating out every now and then without being told to go home, because asking someone to change their gloves is apparently an inconvenience.Please do better. Have a blessed day.

Employee wouldn't give me sandwiches I already paid for because she was lecturing me on proper coupon use. I had to threaten to call the cops before her slightly less idiotic coworker stepped in to prevent her from getting arrested. She literally thinks the is the lord of sandwiches or something.

Both Brittanys are absolutely fantastic! Whenever I come in I am greeted with a smile! They are super efficient and whip up my sandwich super quickly ! Best subway in WPB!!!!

I went to grab me lunch and the lady that’s currently working there did not greet me when I greeted her, I asked her if the food was fresh she sucked her teeth at me, while being on the phone, as I was trying to figure out what I want on my sandwich she tried to rush me and told me it doesn’t take that long to figure out what I want. I told her to give me a min she rudely took her gloves off and told me she will be in the back when I’m ready. I told her I would leave and rather spend my money else where. she said I wasn’t going to buy anything anyways and how I wasted her time. I never been treated like an animal and so rudely while being nice to a person. Cooperate need to get involve and look further into it. She was very unprofessional, talking over my food (not to me) on the phone & worst experience ever. I did went next door to chick fill-a and spent my money where I was wanted. You guys just lost a loyal customer.

The worst staff ever. I was having difficulty ordering online and she just told me to bad it’s not their problem they can’t do anything about it. I tried again and nothing so I called to see if I can order it by calling because husband doesn’t speak English well and she told me that he had to come in because sometimes they prepare them and no one shows up ok I get that but my husband was outside the store I told her that. She told me he had to come in. So I send him a text with instructions on what he wanted and she didn’t want to see it. She wanted him to tell her and asking him where he’s from and asking why can he speak English and I my husband called me because he couldn’t get a word in. I’m on the phone trying to explain to him what to say and I can hear her just ignoring him and he’s there trying to say or add something to his order. It was the worst that has happened to us. We will never again go to this store it’s the worst. And this happened December 18 around 1:52pm. That’s when my husband called back and I was hearing everything she was saying. The worst that has ever happened. And for those who are going to ask yes my husband has his papers, he here legally he’s barely learning English. It was just the worst experience we have had ever.
