This is the best location in West Palm beach. I've never had a bad experience here and tonight was the best yet. They were extremely busy around midnight and I was so grateful all my food was hot and fresh and made correctly (picky eaters here, always need modifications). LaToya Renee is PHENOMENAL! she has such a great personality and energy and was so positive and thorough while multitasking with ease. A truly wonderful experience tonight!
The Taco Bell App placed my order to a location twenty minutes out from my current location. Upon arrival to this location; I was told that my order wasn't at that, my usual secondary, location either - After going inside the staff, did the utmost in rectifying the situation, taking the mistake of the application on themselves, without slowing their line, even slightly, in the process to keep up quality and customer base for the company as a whole. Absolutely incredible teamwork at this location managed this evening by Latoya. JohnsonVegetarian options: Beans instead of meat -

LaToya was fantastic! We have never experienced a more kind and enthusiastic person! She got our food out quick and was very patient despite our somewhat big order. With this kind of great service, you’d think you were at Chick-fil-A!! LaToya needs a raise or bonus or something because she deserves it.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell location for awhile, usually always drive-thru orders, and usually late at night when I’m off work (9-11pm typically.) and I must say, the late night workers are always so friendly and polite, specifically would like to point out that I was served this evening by LaToya Renee, who I haven’t been served here by yet, and she was the most kind and spirited person I’ve ever encountered in a drive thru. I personally think she deserves a raise and that other restaurants should have LaToya teach a class to their employees on customer service because her personality is just phenomenal for someone working at 9:45 at night, and I work in customer service and late sometimes too, it’s rough, but she has a smile on her face and will put a smile on yours!
Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE , our food was absolutely awful. We ordered a Chalupa Cravings box and the chalupa was super stale , the Taco was soggy like it has been sitting there for hours, the burrito had beans when I specifically asked for No beans. On top of that they didn’t have us no utensils.

I’m not the type to write reviews, but this has to be known. I can’t believe how terrible the service was that I received at 3:30AM last night. I almost felt like I wasn’t going to be able to order food because although they close at 4AM, majority of the lights were off, and they didn’t answer the drive-through speaker. Finally after saying “hello” several times, they asked me for my order in the most seriously rude voice. I understand they might be tired, but I work 12+ hours a day as a ER nurse, but still manage to be kind to others and offer great customer service. After that, my total came out to $30+ dollars for only 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 chalupas. No meals, no drinks, just the food. That price was insane considering the food was also TERRIBLE. My quesadilla was NOT cut into any slices, and there were ZERO jalapeño sauce on the inside. I opened the quesadilla to confirm, and they hadn’t put any sauce in either of my two quesadillas. They were crazy dry I can’t believe I spent so much money of nasty food, and terrible customer service. Everyone working last night was rude and had ZERO facial expression even after I greeted them. Never coming back here.
