This is the absolute worst Taco Bell to go to. I've lived in this area for over 30 years and I hate this place the most. The food is always cold, they put like a pinch of meat on their burritos, they get your orders wrong constantly and the place is filthy. If you want Taco Bell go to the one on Congress and 10thKid-friendliness: Crackheads and drug addicts hang all around this area and get high in the bathroom here do not bring the kids!!!

Received the most disgusting food items I ever got from any Taco Bell. If I was the owner of this restaurant Iwould immediately close up and get a whole new workcrew.

These folks repeatedly, consistently get my orders wrong. They don't take orders from customers anymore; instead you are required to put in your order through the kiosk. So it's not even because they hear you wrong; they just don't bother to read the order. Went in today for what will be my last time at this location. A customer that was there before me was complaining about an error and immediately they messed up my order as well. Might as well be doing it wrong on purpose. Snail pace service and they don't care at all. Tired of the attitude.
