I was so excited to have hibachi downtown that is open late. What a letdown! I gave them several tries, and had the same mediocre experience each time. Food and sauces are bland.

I have pushed trying hibachi for a while now since I moved here because my hometowns is hard to beat. Well let's just say this place did worst than I can imagine. From no bathroom to the food tasting like it was cooked in an alley way I can proudly say I won't be back ( watch out the owner doesn't like people being honest on reviews either )

I have never felt so robbed of paying for food in my entire life. It is the worst hibachi on the planet.

Worst place ever. Ordered food, totally got the order wrong. I mean completely wrong. Asked for manager - nowhere to be found! The kid Mike doesn’t know anything and refuses to assist in any way. Go somewhere else for food.

I was out on a Friday night with my best friend for my birthday and decided to stop in to order the fried rice with chicken combo which my friend got the same food…the first bite I took was salty and I didn’t want to say anything because we had already waited for a whole 1/2 hour for the food… I ok 2 bites and realized either I was not drinking enough to consume the high msg content or I just couldn’t stomach the dry salty chicken… I told the young lady I wanted to go and get a refund because I didn’t want to wait another 1/2 hour for my food…another guy who was in the place drunk started eating my food rt off the counter which I was super surprised about but being I didn’t want it I said I don’t care thinking I was getting my money back and even he who was super drunk said yuk this is too salty… she text the owner who might I say came down furious and with the police… which we had witnesses we weren’t irate or speaking loudly we just wanted our money back which we paid in cash…the crazy high owner came there acting like she was going to grab me and put me out herself which the cops were there so me and my friend just walked out… the. Cops came and just knew she was racist… we were the only blacks there which I was thoroughly embarrassed and I will have all my civil rights people look into the BBB for these people and I will be contacting the news to tell my experience of being discriminated against at this establishment… and another patron JAMES who came to our rescue who was super flabbergasted that that happened to us… he was telling the police that owner is super racist and she was acting like we really ate one bit of that nasty salty mess… would never ever eat there again wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and all my 150,000 tik tok followers are going to have a first hand look at the video of how we were discriminated against for wanting a refund on inedible food…

Ordered filet+shrimp and filet+chicken to go. Everything was good just tasted a little bit salty, had to take of one start off because of that.Update: went again to this place after seeing the owner’s response, asked for less sodium/soy sauce on the fried rice. Unfortunately it was still pretty salty. If this can be fixed, the food would actually be really good! I order shrimp and steak, and both tasted good by themselves.

The cost of the food doesn't equate to the portioning of meat that's provided. The ratio of rice to meat is the worst I have seen from any "hibachi" restaurant. The only thing that makes up for the lack of meat is the Yum Yum sauce, for which a sauce is not worth having to pay for the meal that won't satisfy your hunger. The whole "order a kids meal size" comment left by the owner is a whole other topic of concern. It's almost as they're aware of their portioning sizes & refuse to change anything about it.

Meats overcooked & served with “fried rice” which was just regular steamed white rice with soy sauce on it. Overall experience here was BAD bad, compared to basic Hibachi food trucks in California & NY!!! Have a lot of work to do on the management front here!

The place it self looks amazing. The people there are friendly. The food I got which was hibachi fried rice chicken& shrimp combo was decent. The only reason I gave it a 3 star was the rice was to soggy. (I know my rice i eat it at least 6 days a week) It looks like an oatmeal. Shrimp had more flavor than the chicken. But overall it wasn't bad. But unless they change the way they make the rice. I personally wouldn't go back. The rice ruined the meal.Parking: Since I use a company vehicle, I just park in the street and put my strobe lights on and emergency light and pick up for food.

The ambience of the place gives of childish vibes. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is subpar, and the customer service is severely lacking. It would be beneficial for them to consider closing down.
