2/24/24 we went to the West Palm Beach location for my birthday dinner with a membership reservation. It was myself my husband and my 2 children 4 & 7 years old. Everything we attempted to order was “out” or “couldn’t be made” which was not communicated to us prior to sitting down and ordering 3 sodas and 1 house wine. After multiple attempts to order and a visit from the manager on his own accord we never asked we informed the waitress we could not eat here because there was nothing available. She said let me get the check which sat very ill with us. We then did ask to see the manager but he took quite a long time to arrive so we went to leave to feed our hungry kids. The manager then chased us down and made a scene about calling security. My husband said I will happily pay for the wine now that you finally have arrived and proceeded to inform him they need to let their customers know from the start of their inadequacies of the evening. All in all horrible location. Palm beach gardens and Boca have never been a problem just this one. Hope you can help them fix it.

We are regulars at this location. Since moving from Miami, we come to this location at least twice a month. We love going to Cheesecake Factory for their large selection of foods, good atmosphere and generally good service. However, this time around we had the opposite experience. From the waiter acting like he was half asleep the whole time, to him forgetting to enter our dinner order and then not letting us know until we had already waited over 40 mins to the manager on duty who was completely rude … refused to give us an alcoholic beverage for their mistake on our food order when the waiter clearly stated they could give us anything to make up for their mistake … definitely a disappointing experience we never had at a Cheesecake Factory before. Now we’ll think twice before coming back!

I ordered the lettuce and chicken wraps and was served a plate of lettuce leaves, red cabbage leaves, dried carrots sticks and 3 tiny little chicken pieces. It was ridiculous and, I was so hungry and disappointed. I brought a party of 8 before the theater and ended up leaving as hungry as I was prior. The manager came over and was like well too bad !Never again will I bring anyone to this place! I sat through the show w my stomach growling after a $40 dinner checkP.s. I had this same dish last month at Adventura Mall and it was amazing with more chicken and less lettuce.

It was the first time here but to be honest I was not that impressed. I had the chicken Caesar Salad and it was very below average and the service was awfully slow. In fact so slow we didn't even have time for pudding. We were at the table 2 and a half hours before we were offered a pudding and by then the children had had enough and we had to leave.

It felt like 80 degrees in there and smelled musty and sweaty. Love cheesecake but seems like an AC issue at this location.
I keep forgetting why i dont go to this cheesecake more often, it is super HOT in there is your A/C NOT working?? In the past the place can be just aa packed and it never felt so hot,we were all sweating at that table i couldn't enjoy my dinner. I doubt I'll be back.

Called in for reservation for one I was told that I can’t make a reservation for one, came in request for patio was told that I would receive a call when available waited 25 min no call so I walked to patio 7 empty tables and two waitress. Spoke to female Hispanic manger she resolved the issue after me asking her twice smh. The issue is the initial contact with the greater on the phone and in person not customer friendly. I hate that I had this experience normally no problem but for some reason this early evening in a Monday was.

Their food made me sick. Everything was seriously so bad except the drinks and the taquitos but it’s just not worth it. I felt super sick after leaving the restaurant. Their cheesecake is still great though.
