Came in for the first time to try a few locations in this market and before I left I stopped at the bar to grab a drink. I went with a mocktail of the bartender choice. She was super friendly and was able to make me something yummy for the ride. Definitely would like to be back and try some real cocktails at this bar.
Although most of the restaurants in Grandview are fast food where you order at counter and take to a table - which I do not do, there is an outstanding sit down restaurant called ISLA & Co which is outstanding. It has Australian food. We had a quinoa salad that was outstanding and a grilled octopus that was perfectly cooked. I didn't see the Yelp check on sign here. I was happy to have a seat at the District Bar, and get a cold & icy sangria, I think. It looks like there's a weekday, happy hour with discounted wine, drafts and well drinks. Lots of drafts on tap and even some wines and liquors too. The bartender asked for my name, checked me off her list and pushed a cup with a slice of orange.
