Great restaurant for quick fix of Mexican food! Tacos are awesome and much larger than the ones at Taco Bell. The beef is seasoned well, and there is a sufficient amount in the shell. Chips are fresh, and you get a lot with your meal. The brownies are really good - be sure to try one!Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome!

the managers kimberly was very disrespectful and rude to many customers, i don’t know what type of business this is but there needs to be some accountability with her actions that’s not how the service should be, this will be the last time i would ever go back yall save you’re money because there’s no way the staff should be that disrespectful.

Normally, Tijuana Flats is my go to place for tacos, if I don’t make them at home. I gave a two star rating because the ground beef on my basic taco was extremely salty and I could not finish eating them. Most of the meat was thrown away. Unfortunately, this happened while we were on vacation, the location was distant, and I did not know until we returned to the hotel. Otherwise, I would have returned them. I’m sure someone made a mistake with the amount of seasoning. The atmosphere was not rated due to curbside delivery.

Service has always been great but the food has gone down hill since 2020 . I’m not sure what happen I use to love this place now it’s just ehhUpdate : Decided to give it another chance today I ordered the 2 tacos , the guy that was servicing my food didn’t have no gloves on his nails were dirty , when he gave me the bag side ways he had put the sauces in the box and everything was tossed around in the box & the box was also open . However , I didn’t eat it . I will not dispute the charge I just will never eat at this location again .

Kudos to this entire staff!!! Joana made me THE BEST shrimp tacos I have ever had. I’m already looking forward to when I can go back & have them again. We can’t have any service from the lady cashier she didn’t understand Spanish and didn’t understand English. The guy was cleaning and we asked about service and never answered. Very bad we can’t tested the food. If they treat everybody like us is the answer for the restaurant was empty 1:30 before close.

This location has gone to the slumps! I just had the wildest experience... placed an order at 725pm, immediately called when I realized the app didn't ask what shell I wanted for the tacos... a rude Ziyeli (not sure if that's spelt right) answered, asked her "how are you?" And she says "hi", I explained the situation and she asks my name... she comes back on the phone and says "it's already ready", so I said "it's 7:28 and the app says 7:45 how is that possible?".. she said "it's ready" and slammed the phone down... I walk in and, she's the counter person, no greeting no nothing, so I asked "are you the one that answered the phone?" She rolls her eyes and harshly says "YEA"... I said let's just a a manger and we'll then arguing started and she started acting out, the manager I believe they called him Sam kept telling her go to the back and calm down and she just keeps going... so I said jumped in and said "I'm telling him how it went down, and you are rude"... she keeps trashing me and then calls me a "bitch"... wild... doesn't seem like like the manager could contain her and her co workers were laughing at her... this location is never busy but had about 10 people in and they all heard and saw it all. Be mindful y'all... Ziyeli likes to argue and curse out customers.
If I could give this no stars I would but unfortunately I have to give one. I have ate Tijuana flats for a few years now and I have received 2 orders in a row completely wrong. After trying to talk to the manager Jason and resolve this I was told I was wrong and he had been doing this a long time so essentially I didn't know what I was talking about when he was the one that was wrong. I have never left a negative review about a place but he deserves this one for sure. I have pictures of the food that was wrong and proof of everything but he was so rude on the phone that everyone at my job is upset with him. We will never be ordering from there again and it will not be forgotten. Jason had a power trip and now lost a lot of business for this location. He was so unprofessional and a hot head... he just had to be right.
