Need to update hours of operation. Your G page says 12pm. We drove all the way out and you're closed. Front desk at your Hilton location confirmed the posted hours are wrong.

Overall dissapointing. There wasn’t any other tables in the entire restaurant when we dined in. Our server never smiled once. She was not friendly. Missing multiple things from the menu including kids Mac n cheese which wasn’t told to us until 10 minutes after we ordered it. Then our food came out, my steak was undercooked and the sides were ice cold. Our daughters chicken tenders were RAW on the inside. I sent my steak back and it came back over cooked this time. Chicken came back cooked correctly but also came out last when should have came first considering it was for my 1 year old. The manager dropped our food off. She was polite and took 20% off of our check. I’m sorry but none of even ate half of our food or took it home. I took the rest of the steak for my dogs since we were paying for it. Over $100 check and automatic gratuity for service with zero personality. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend or return.

We have LOVED Tony Roma's for YEARS! Good news, is that the baby back ribs were EXCELLENT as always, Bad news is all the charm and atmosphere of TR's has been stripped out of this location! Very disappointing "new" decor that is tragic. Major disappointment in the traditional onion "loaf" that is now a small ring of onions that was awful!! And they only had one order left in the kitchen and it was 6pm on Sunday. Hmmmm! No hot napkins to clean your hands, buy dry small packet that was ridiculous. We wont be back. Sad... Service was great and now the new "mandatory 20% tip" in PB County is added, so hope it does not change their attitude! We always tip about 20% when service is good, but it should be earned!! Ok, off my soap box....
