Ordered take out. Cam at the deli was super. Courteous, multi tasker, was very patient with me as I placed my order, even made some suggestions. I ordered a corned beef sandwich, marzo soup and chocolate layered cake. Highly recommended them. I was there prior to the lunch rush on a tuesday.Parking: The Deli is located in the vicinity of shopping mall.

I have been going to Toojays for 6 years now. I went this one in the West Palm outlets yesterday and the service was beyond terrible. I couldn't even get a glass of water and 3 servers ignored me when I wanted to order. They actually told me that they were too busy so one of them reluctantly took my order and the food sat back in the kitchen until.I complained to the Managet on duty and then my sandwich was brought out. I asked for seltzer water and was ignored. Then some short. server with a ton of makeup on and a huge attitude just handed me the bill and sarcastically asked if thete was anything else I wanted. Needless to say I didn't leave a tip. This seems to be a growing trend with restaurants during the high season. Florida residents are ignored. Word to the wise. we are your bread and butter during the summer and early fall months when all the snow birds and visitors go home. I will never eat at this Toojays again.

Had the classic corn beef on rye overstuffed sandwich ( could only eat half)! Sandwich came with the most excellent cole slaw, 1/2 a half sour pickle. I opted for fries and a Dr Brown's Cream soda. My friend and I were totally satisfied with our lunch.

Simply horrible food. Soggy chicken fingers, dry Rachel and Reuben, stale bread on the hot dogs, Velveeta cheese in the omelette and to top it all off, extremely slow service. I would not recommend.

If I could put no stars, I would!!! in my opinion has to be the WORST location in Florida!!! I am a long time customer of this restaurant, but this particular location does nothing right their services poor and their chefs mess up my meal 9 times out of 10! I have given this location multiple opportunities thinking they just might've had a bad day.... Nope they just suck! My potato pancakes are consistently burnt, the eggs are always overdone and I swear the food sits under the heat lamps for at least 10 minutes before they bring it out and it's the same on togo orders... not one thing I have ordered has ever come out the way I ordered it. This place has poor service and the cooks Don't know what they're doing. If you wanna go to a Too Jays I would suggest any location, but the outlet mall in West Palm Beach

I was disappointed. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and it was cold, so were the latkes. Won't go back there again, I prefer 3G's

Brought my family here because I'm familiar with the quality at another location. We came in, and there were 3-4 employees standing around the entrance and still waited to be seated. There seemed to be an issue with a server and another guest that was waiting to have their order taken. Their server seemed to be overworked and flustered but wasn't helped much. The sandwiches came out dry with nothing on them or on the side for them. Just missed the mark for me.

Always a great experience. So thankful I can still get my tongue here. Not too many places still sell it. The 99 year old man I took the food to was so elated with his surprise
