Horrible service from Rayeanna. Half of my friends' food fell on the ground. They said they would bring new fries but never brought it. She took forever with everything. Bills were wrongly printed. We asked her if Happy Dad was on special for happy hour. Her response was, "i dont know." We asked what flavours of that beer they have. Her response again, " i dont know." Did not ask how we wanted the burgers (medium, medium rare, and so on). Almost never saw her at the table.

Great chili. The stack stack burger was excellent. Cooked medium the presentation was great. Only problem was French fries were cold. Waitress fixed that. Beer was cold and frosty.

Rude. I waited 15 min for a server just to get a drink. She only came after i went up to the front to ask for a server. This place including the managers have Lost all sense of customer service. This used to be a nice place to watch sports when it first opened.

Service was absolutely terrible, aside from the chicks in skimpy clothes there is nothing to write home about server took well over 20 minutes after we got seated to ask what drinks we wanted took another 15 minutes to get our drinks which were piss poor.

I love Leslie from Peru. She is the best server I’ve had at Twin Peaks ever. She needs to be a trainer and show the other girls how to be a waitress.

Kylee our waitress was great.Very friendly and attentive, took our drink and food orders and it wasn't long before the server brought our drinks. The bone-in naked wings with the spicy Thai sauce was delicious.

Getting service at the bar was very challenging and bartenders good at not acknowledging you. Was not impressed first time trying Twin Peaks.

Ordered delivery through Grubhub. We get delivery because we don't live near Twin Peaks. Today's order were Thai Ribs, crispy tacos, mashed potatoes with brown gravy and rice. We have a serious sesame allergy and therefore always say no sesame seeds on the ribs. This is almost never followed so I usually call the restaurant and speak to a manager. Tonight's manager was Chuck. Chuck did not know what I was talking about and kept interrupting. It wasn't until I explained someone could die if they had sesame seeds that he stopped interrupting. What should have been a 3 minute call went on for 10 minutes. We finally got the order. The ribs were fine but not the rest of the food. Mashed potatoes container was less than half full. Gravy missing. On the tacos we asked for no cilantro. It gives you options on Grubhub to click on what you don't want. EVERYTHING was missing. No cheese, pico, sour cream. Called my friend Chuck back to tell him my issues and all he did was argue with me. When I told him about the potatoes he said the gravy was in the bag. I told him it was not. Potato container half full, he kept arguing with me until I told him I know what I got and didn't get. Told him I was missing all the condiments that come on the tacos and again he argued and said that since I said no cilantro we didn't get the pico because it had cilantro in it. Never said there was an allergy and I could have clicked no pico if I didn't want it. I asked why no cheese or sour cream? No answer just kept harping on why we didn't get pico (I have never had this issue before). We order from Twin Peaks a lot and there is always something missing but we never call to complain - I was so riled up about my 10 minute call about a sesame allergy (and discussed that my order is NEVER right but never have basically been called a liar before or had a manager speak to me like Chuck did. Maybe Chuck should make sure he is putting out a correct order instead of arguing when it is brought to his attention that he screwed up. He is definitely NOT manager material. Never again.
