The deep dish pizza was not delicious smothered in ketchup, from the looks of it appears to look like salsa.

I was very excited to try this Uno's despite the negative reviews I saw online. I've probably eaten at a dozen different Uno's over the years (including the original) and have always enjoyed the food. I bought two different pizzas - a Numero Uno and a Cheese & Tomato pie. Unfortunately both of the pizzas were simply terrible and unlike any Uno's pizza I've ever had before. Both of them tasted like they were baked from a frozen pizza that had thawed partially and then refrozen. If you really want Uno's, drive to Orlando.

After receiving today's BOGO promotion, I ordered 2 large cheese deep dish pies from the Palm Beach Hilton Airport location (#9307). They taste horrible and are ASBSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, along the lines of a bowling alley frozen pizza. Crappy crust, NO CHEESE and Dollar Store tomato sauce. This is unlike the pies I've had at Uno stores in Chicago and the northeast. Is there ANY quality control from corporate?

Sadly, Kind of the same you will get at a supermarket. Thin crust is on the thicker side, flavor very average.

I just had this delivered and for the price $20 compared to some places you spend 35 fair price and it's actually better than some places this is a cool go to or grab if you want a quick pizza.

It's Chicago Uno's inside Hilton Hotel. You order online it gets delivered at the Cafe inside the Hilton lobby. Plenty of places to eat it there. Outside by the pool and lake in the pool bar you can also order it however there's an up charge for that. The facility is very tropical, music, boat and jet ski rental on a fairly large lake right by the airport. You can see the planes coming in to airport.Pizza was very good even though it differ a bit from Uno's in Orlando due to the crust. This crust has a corn crust which makes it even more crunchy crust ? it reminded us of Pizzeria Due pizza also from Chicago. Definitely will order again and make my own this time more like Chicago Classic.

We got delivery from here on Uber Eats, second time we've done so. Everything was good until we realized they used American cheese in our deep dish sausage and pepperoni this time?? Who in their right mind would do this? It definitely was NOT mozzarella. Very upsetting when you spend $36 on one pizza and they do this!! The crust and sauce were spot on though.

I have been going to Uno's since the late 1980s. So trust me when I tell you. I am well aware of the uno's experience. Since moving to West Palm Beach, I have driven to Orlando, Melbourne and any place that I visit I go to an Uno's pizzeria when available. I read previous reviews but still had to give the benefit of the doubt. Sadly all the poor reviews are accurate. The individual pie is smaller than the typical Uno's pizza. Mine was handed over uncut, an available menu option but not one I selected. There was no cheese and the sauce was way off from the Uno's taste & consistency. I waited an additional 8mins while the SBucks attendant was away with no signage It was a watery sour mess. Please save yourself the aggravation, Palm Beach County has long deserved their own Uno's Pizzeria this is not it.

This is one of the worst deep dish pizzas I've ever eaten in my entire life. I see where somebody else wrote a bad review and they came back and said everything was fixed, Well I would say everything is not fixed. I ordered an individual size not that that would matter I would think but it didn't even come sliced it was one whole pizza. The tomato sauce is horrible has no flavor whatsoever nor did the pepperoni on top. Also usually deep dish pizza's come with a lot of cheese in the middle I would say there's barely any cheese but plenty of sauce like way too much...The crust was hard like it was frozen not fresh I mean it was just very bad pizza.

Worse pizza I've had since moving to the area..I ordered the numero uno. There was 1 piece mozzarella right in the middle of the pizza. The toppings were burnt on top. The entire pizza was loaded with sauce to make it seem like it was loaded. The dough itself seemed to be pieced together to make a pizza crust. The pizza was cut wrong snd in odd shapes. Since.there was to much sauce snd all the toppings on top of the sauce. It slid off and made half the pizza inedible.

I was so excited to have pizza from my honetown. I ordered at 6:15. Arrived and wait until 7:30 for my order. I am from Chicago and this gave us a bad bad rep.Cheesebread was burnt, wings were burnt, and no cheese on the pizZa, just sauce and meat.Uno in Orlando is a better version.Very sad day

This might be the worst pizza I have ever had. Crust is like cardboard and sauce tasted like it came out of a can. Crust was burnt and hard. The interior was not deep dish. It was a sunken in layer of cheese and sauce. Mushroom toppings were burnt and inedible. Chicken wings also tasteless and burnt.

I have to put in a disclaimer: the pizza itself was 100% Uno's ???????????? It was worth all the shenanigans to get it.First off, this is NOT a Pizzeria Uno's. You can't go sit there, it's literally just an official Uno's kitchen you can't see or interact with hidden in the bowels of an airport hotel lobby. You can't sit in the veranda area or Tony Roma's (the full-service restaurant in the hotel lobby), bc they're not allowed to serve the Uno's food in those areas. We were actively shoo'ed away when we mentioned Uno's.You have to check in at the Starbucks cafe for pickup, and then just wait for folks to run back and forth giving time estimates and updates. If you are expecting a typical Uno's with seating, red brick, a bar and TVs you are likely going to feel cheated by the whole experience.BUT if you just want that delicious deep dish pizza, it's still good! Custom delivery boxes, quality ingredients, all of it - the food was amazing but the entire Rube Goldberg-esque process to get the food you paid for online is bewildering. And don't trust the location on Google Maps. Just go to the hotel entrance and the SBux Cafe for Uno's pickup is immediately on your left. The pin will have you wandering around their ballrooms in the attached conference center.
