Voltaire's Lair is a chill place. Pool tables, basketball hoops, 2 bowling alleys, and retro video games. You have to pay to play the games. A machine issues a refillable card that can be paid with cash or credit. Two floors with bars on both levers including a Milkshake bar upstairs. You can also order food, the chicken, fish and steak tacos were really tasty. It's a good vibe, fun atmosphere, really laid back. I would definitely recommend and I will return.

Love it here, would be 5 stars, but they recently adopted a policy that you can't bring skateboards anywhere in the building, even to just store out of the way in the front corner. No clue why they made this change and hope the rule gets revisited.

I have checked this place out before for good vibes, music, and live entertainment. But never got to experience food from the infamous Sushi Jack. And well last night my "#sushi from Sushi Jack " cherry was plucked And it was awesome. Wait was a bit long but the environment made it fun that I didn't bother me. Ordered the Dirty Old Man Roll and it was FREAKIN' amazing! Please don't spoil this perfectly handcrafted roll with soy sauce It Was PERFECT!

it's a great place if you like dimly lit, gastropub style lounge areas. they have a sushi bar, which is well worth the visit.

I was told by both of the bartenders who served me that there was a happy hour until 10PM and everything except the expensive wine would be half price. I asked to see a menu for prices, but the bartenders claimed they didn't have one. When I got my bill I was upset to find that I had been charged full price on everything, not been told that one of the beers was $12 a bottle, and charged for top shelf alcohol when I had asked for well drinks. I contacted the manager, Sean, who told me he would look into it and issue a partial refiund, but then he never did and stopped answering my emails.A week later, my employer's holiday party was held there. Imagine my surprise that this time they had printed drink menus. However, I later learned from the person who organized it that they were changed hidden fees that put them over budget, and everyone at the event felt the bartenders were changing whatever they felt like charging for drinks.

It's a pretty chill venue. Only been upstairs for the live music. Happy hour prices for drinks are decent too. After hours a DJ comes in which I honestly couldn't care less for which is the time I'll leave. Sound wise I think it's decent. Not the best but by no means bad either. And definitely not too loud either which is a huge plus. You can actually have a conversation without having to yell into someone's ear. The staff is very friendly too. Overall I've never been to this part of West Palm before but I look forward to attending more live music events here. Cheers
