The customer service is almost nonexistent at this location. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, and the employees are not the least bit friendly, nor helpful.

First time coming here. I wanted to stop here and wanted to shop for food for the week but it's sad that none of the Walmart locations are open 24 hours any more so I came here. I've never been to one of these neighborhood style stores either but it's a very convenient place to shop. It's much smaller, streamlined and even easier to get around like your traditional big box stores. Parking isn't bad, prices here aren't too bad either, it's definitely much easier going here towards the evening hours where there's less people here. All in all, it's an average place to check out.

Yesterday, I placed an order for pickup early in the morning. I was given a time for pickup 6-7PM. At 5:45 I was texted my order was ready. I left in 10 minutes and responded to the test (as directed on the way). I parked in space 4 and called phone # on sign to advise I was in space 4. I waited a total of 50 minutes and then left. While I was there I called Walmart.com (help # provided) but they could not get through to store. Even though I left without anything, I was billed for the groceries. Now I have to fight to get my credit. I wasted 1.5 hours on the pickup and another 1.5 on phone with them. I still will have to fight for credit on Visa card.

Walmart grocery store on Okeechobee and jog does not have a large variety of any food. They seem to have a couple of brands of things. They are cheaper then Publix, but you don't have the variety of foods that publix has.

I went to this store on a Friday morning and the employees/ managers seemed very clueless and non helpful at all. They were too busy talking about schedules and etc . I had to go to the customer service desk just so my items can get scanned properly, because there was nobody at registers .When i was looking for products there was nothing that matched the other. I came for cleaning supplies as they had a mop head but no mop stick. Very short variety of cleaning supplies as well, i was better off going to the dollar store. They didn't even have 1 organic cleaning supply. I don't wanna eat toxins off my dishes, to each it's own.

I found myself in this plaza for somewhere I needed to be and was very excited to see that there was a Walmart right next door! I found an old disposable camera and wanted to try and develop it. I walked up to guest services and the woman standing there was typing on her phone (not too sure if it was work related or not) - either way, she did not look up at me so I said "hello" very nicely and she didn't look up at me and told me "just a minute" or something like that. Once she stopped typing, she barely looked up at me and asked how she could help me and I asked again, very nicely if they had a photo center in the Walmart. Before I could even finish my question, she just said "no" very rudely and looked like she could care less about trying to inform me of a Walmart that did have a photo center, or just being nice! Kind of disappointed with the customer service at this Walmart. Why work somewhere you are constantly interacting with people if you're miserable around them?

One check out person at 10:15 on Tuesday night and this is the line. It's totally unacceptable for a store of this size to have one check out open!
