This location is absolutely way too slow . Its like they went from being super caring for customers and being very fast to not caring at all and taking all day getting the line down . everyday I come the line is wrapped around the corner and they literally take my whole 30 minutes of lunch every single time . Its inconsiderate - they need to hire more people or something they dont even apologize for the wait not a happy customer any more wont be back i dont care if im starving because THIS IS EVERYDAY AND I LOST MY LUNCH TO THEM PLENTY OF TIMES SO YES IM MAD

I only get the large burger patties and they are always good and juicy. Staff is friendly and gets the orders right. This location is usually clean and well kept. Prices are competitive as usual. Sometimes the parking lot is full of limo drivers hanging out waiting for flights to land at the nearby airport, usually not an issue though.

Customer service at this location is horrendous, I understand since COVID most service industry employers have a hard time finding good employees but today I had a horrible excitement experience with a team leader at this location. Asked to use the restroom after seeing an employee use it only to be disrespected and spoken to with little to no professional etiquette. I know businesses reserve the rights to allow people to use their restroom but most afford that to their paying customer which I was. When I tried to speak with the team leader about her demeanor she being cussing at me in creole which unfortunately for her I understood fluently. I requested to speak to a manager which she refused, then when I inquired about corporate or the Franchise contact she stated "since you so smart Google it". Another female appeared from like an office in the rear of the kitchen with a manager tag on, I tried to explain to her the situation at which he provided the bathroom key. When I asked for their names she refused to provide and wouldn't give a number to speak to management. For a location overtaken by "unhoused" residents and rarely clean I would not suggest going to this location. I was able to find the number on Google but it didn't work. I think the employees knows that calling is pointless.

Got a biggie bag first service the service was mad mid they put honey mustard instead of BBQ sauce I have NO idea how that's possible then on my way out tasted a fry and it was hard as a brick. Went in there to give me new fries and did they all are kind but drive through lady was a bit rushy but the atmosphere was amazing modern and clean nice place.

Wendy's in West Palm Beach ...Wendy's is Wendy's no matter where you go. The restaurant was easy walking distance from the Quality Inn and I was using Uber for this trip. Everything was typical Wendy's except for a spoon to eat my Apple Pecan Salad. The salad was great but did you ever eat a salad with a spoon designed for chili or a frosty? Needless to say I didn't eat it in a hurry! I chose to eat at the picnic tables outside because there was a homeless guy passed out at the tables I had hoped to sit at. I almost thought for a second that I was on the Left Coast! Anyway if you're hungry the food is good and you don't want lemonade because that' was out too! The service was fast but then the salads are premade.

After a long day of work, I was craving Wendys the fact I had such a an easy order and they still failed to get it wrong just drives me insane I didn't check my order until I got home to only realize they messed up my whole order on top of not having bbq sauce, the person speaking on the mic sounded miserable and a little snippy . I will not be coming back to this Wendy's because even with this review I know I will not be compensated and not like management would car . Fire the whole night crew , terrible service #wendysDoBetter.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Everything was old and cold. The burger was pink was way undercooked. Fruit fly’s in my drink, customer service was mediocre!! Cleanliness was horrible! Will never go there again!!!
