For the second time the people of Zaxby's trying to send me into a coma I order Coke zero they give me regular Coke. They do this all the time. Apparently not even a concern. Oh do you want to Coke zero yeah sure. OK here's a regular Coke him what is this? I don't know I didn't make it cool because it taste like regular Coke. I wish I could give this stankin roach infested place ZERO stars. Why are you open if 85% of the menu is unavailable? Only cash. We are in 2023 get it tf together. Then the badly shaped alien at the counter who claimed she was the over has the nerve to have an attitude.No wonder this poor excuse for a restaurant is deserted. Complete failure.

I mean if you say you're open till 10:00 you should definitely keep your restaurants open until that time that's all I'm going to say because people waste their time driving to your establishment and it's not very respectful to your customers to not be open....?

So this review is good. The food here is always quick always good. But…… oh my lawd …. Saw the funnel cake ad in the drive thru ….. it was $6….. but it’s funnel cake right??♀️. Well save your cheddar ….. this is not a fair style funnel cake. This is a fair style funnel cake if it was on “Honey I shrank the kids funnel cake. Not worth $2 let alone $5.Your welcome.

Wow what can I say about this place first off it's not clean. Food is very salty. The staff oh well you can do better everyone needs a job right so I shouldn't be too hard sorry I'm paying for the food. I'm going to keep this one short if I never be back inside Zaxby's again I'm good I have learned to cook my food in a air fryer boom.

We went to Zaxbys around 2pm today 7.15.23 purchased a big order we paid and immediately was given our drinks and then shortly after our food, our card was never given back to us. At 3pm we get a text alert ⚠️ of a $267 purchased and another purchase for Aliexpress PLEASE BE SURE TO GET YOUR CARD and or be safe use cash in case they are taking pictures of your cards. So disappointing since we love coming to Zaxbys and hoping they stay open. Definitely taking a break from ordering. I believe the only reason they couldn't get thru is because the zip code isn't a local number.

I loved it! First time trying it, I wasn’t sure if I was gonna like it, usually fast food places hasn’t the best reputation regarding cleaning and service, but not Zaxbys. I haven’t try other locations but this one definitely it’s awesome ?

After moving father away from one of their other locations that I used to frequent, I decided to give this one a try. I've got to say I was pretty impressed, I ordered online and my order was actually ready when I arrived, and every single add-on or adjustment to my order that I had made in the app was followed to a T. As far as how the food was, it tasted great and regarding the overall experience it was extremely smooth and pleasant, even compared to some of the other Zaxby's locations in the local area.

When I crave fried pickles or Okra this is my go to spot. Today me and my teen grabbed chicken tenders and pickles. The service was great. Tip: they don't take Amex. The lot was clean. I love the ducks and water view great location or ambiance

Just okay. The signature sandwich had a very crispy fried piece of chicken that was difficult to bite into, and if it's possible to have gristle on a piece of chicken...it had it. The fries were okay. The cole slaw was good, but a bit on the mild side. The fried pickles? I could find hardly any pickle in the overly fried circles. I've had fried pickles in NC --- and these were just hard little hockey pucks when you compare.I couldn't eat them. I chose chocolate milk...and it was on the warm side. The driver handed it to me separately, so it wasn't like it was in the bag with the warm food. The best thing? The chocolate chip cookies. But, I mean, who can screw those up, right? The driver didn't follow my delivery instructions and got lost by using the GPS which takes you to the wrong area in my neighborhood. ((sigh)) Why do they bother putting a box on the order form if the driver isn't going to read it? I don't believe I'll be ordering from Zazby's again..
Ordered two boneless wings meals between the two of us. The fries were good and HOT, but definitely couldn't say the same for the chicken. It was more like "warm" and the pieces were SMALL. The five pieces weren't much bigger than nuggets. I'd say they were pretty much what I'd expect in a kid's meal. The staff was nice and friendly though and the restaurant seemed clean and maintained except for one of the door latches seemed very rusty and the dining area wasn't very inviting, especially with NO napkins visible except for the ones they put in the bag for our "dining in" order.

This Zaxby's is not the same as it was when they first opened. The customer service is not as friendly as most Zaxby's. I really love Zaxby's, and maybe this one will someday take me back to the Zaxby's that it once was years ago.
