. 03/23/2024 I wish they could improve in service so that they don't continue losing customers, about 3 years ago I went and the service from David was very good and the food was excellent, in May 2022 it didn't seem the same to me and today I returned Pass by there and the truth is, the service and the food left a lot to be desired, my plate was a Milanese that was overcooked and hard and my son's cut was pure fat, the waitress didn't ask why we left the food, if everything was good? If we wanted more water? I started checking the bad reviews and I see that many of them look the same.

We went for lunch, we were seated right away, requested outside and were seated there. It was beautiful, a bit windy. The appatizers were brought out immediately, and the ravioli in tomato sauce was excellent as was the rib eye

The food was poorly prepared and sent back twice. The staff was inattentive and didn't care that the food was cold and improperly prepared . Offered us a free desert then charged us for it. Wouldn't go back.

Service was not good. Some of the food was ok other dishes were not. I was here dinning one year ago and the restaurant was great. Yesterday's visit was disappointing. My bill was over $350.00 and it felt sad to receive such bad service. The dinner salads were brought at the same time as the entrees not before. Only 3 salads instead of 6 were brought out and non of the sides were provided. I needed to ask for them. The raviolis looked frozen kind and the marinara sauce looked like it was not fresh. The server removed and dish that we still wanted to keep and in the process dropped the food on the floor. They did cook and replace the food that fell but it was done as we were done eating and ready to leave. We will not visit this place again.

I have been coming to La Rual for a long time. The restaurant has been updated and the inside is very nice. The steaks are always on point and for the quality and quantity you get La Rual is hard to beat!
