“What a great find! We were actually going to another restaurant that had a crazy wait so we walked around and found this gem! This is a classic Italian spot with very fresh and delicious food. We ordered three pizzas (diavola, primavera, margherita) and meatballs for appetizers. The pizzas were authentic neopolitan pizzas, very light and thin but with a big fluffy and delicious crust. The dough was fresh and delicious! The spicy salami on the diavola pizza was actually spicy too! The pizzas can be considered a personal size unless you are sharing other plates or items. We were a party of 4 adults and one toddler and shared 3 pizzas and 2 orders of meatballs (3 meatballs per order) and it was more than enough. I will say it was very hot inside, not sure if it had to do with the hot day we were having or if it is always like that but it did make it uncomfortable after being there for a while. The service was very good and the guys working there were super friendly! The restaurant was decorated very nicely, Italian themed and Napoli soccer memorabilia everywhere. Would definitely recommend to others!“
“Great food and it is not your everyday Italian pasta restaurant. They have a great selection of specialties that you probably won’t find at any other places. Most reminded me of my last trip to Sicily. The place itself lacks atmosphere and when there’s only one bigger party celebrating a birthday or something, it gets so loud that conversation at the table across the room is hardly possible.“
“Our waitress could only be described as "mealy mouthed". Her voice was almost a whisper and I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she spoke. The restaurant wasn't loud - she is either incredibly shy or completely lacks self-confidence. I was surprised that no substitutions were allowed on the pizzas. I had an all-vegetable pizza which was quite delicious but I would have liked to have added Italian sausage, ham or pepperoni but was told that couldn't be done.“
“We love Angelo Elia's Weston! We frequent once a week for the last 2 years. The wonderful hostess and wait staff know us and know exactly what we want...kind of like cheers where everyone knows your name. It's wonderful. The food is consistently excellent and the staff superb. Can't wait until next time. Always packed!“
“My first time being in Fort Lauderdale I had to go to an Italian restaurant so I decided to try “Vignetos”. The food was very good and had no complaints. The service was perfect and workers were super friendly. I would say from being from Jersey and coming to a state not known for their Italian food, “Vignetos has to be one of the best I have had out of state!!“
“Anthony's Weston is my new favorite pizza place. Today I was dining with Paola, she was very quick and friendly. The manager Connor was also very kind offering useful suggestions and allowed us to sample some wings that were delicious. We're definitely coming back soon!“
“Food: The food is really good, and they have a huge variety of food, and is right next to the community pool so that you can eat something after a day at the pool, anyway, there are a ton of good options, starting with hot, chocolaty brownies made on Fridays (if you get them early they are even better than normal, and if not you can quickly reheat them), tons of Latino based foods (like empanadas, tequeños and other things), then they have some other good food like hotdogs, fries, and tons of different beverages. There are also these very good ice cream-based popsicles for a nice desert, or if you’re vegan or you’re craving something more refreshing after a hot, sunny day, you could get these water-based ice-pops, with flavors such as lemon (personally recommended), chocolate, and other fruits; there is also a candy bar with popular candies, such as skittles, Nutella go, and other candy.Service: The people working there are nice, and are easy to start conversations with, and overall the things you can buy, and chairs are very well laid out.Atmosphere: Sometimes there are quite a lot of people eating there and most of them are really nice and friendly.Vegetarian options: There are tons of vegetarian options, from icicles, to vegan lasagna, and if you can’t find something vegetarian, you might be able to ask them to make something for you.Kid-friendliness: Since this place is right next to the community pool, there are tons of kids, and the owner even has a kid, so it’s really friendly!Parking: The parking is relatively open, unless you’re at one of the uncommon events with food trucks.Wheelchair accessibility: If you’re in a wheel chair, you can just go up to the counter pretty easily.Dietary restrictions: My dad is a vegan, and he eats there quite a lot with us, enjoying a lot of options and the water-based icicles.“
“This is our second visit to La Torretta when we come visiting from Vermont. We had delicious food again. We sat outside and enjoyed people watching.I had an enormous serving of Chicken Francese and asked for a to go box right away and took half of my meal home along with angel hair pasta with a fabulous lemon white wine sauce and two yummy garlic rolls. My partner had spaghetti with three meatballs. Everything was delicious. Yvonne was our server and did a great job. Service was fast and our bus boy was very attentive. We had a pleasant visit with one of the co-owners.The menu also includes many interesting pizzas, in addition to many other. We also had a coupon that kept our meal affordable. If we lived nearby we would be frequent customers. ..Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping plaza and there is plenty of parking.“
“Went on a friday night without reservation. There was a 45 minutes waiting to seat inside. We sat outside immediately. Seating could be more comfortable outside. Food was OK and came fast. Price is fair. Ordered a marguerita pizza. The dough was a little bit uncooked, and could be more crunchy. Portions are individual.“
“Great pizza, We just moved to Weston from NJ and had tried 3 places there; Pizza Lovers is definitely the best in the area. Great job by its owner who makes the pizza directly, the dough looks like it was allowed to rest for at least 48 hours.“
“Picked this place last minute on a Friday night. It overall was great. The white pizza was really good and the chicken wings had great seasoning. For the veggie pizza the red sauce maybe needed more salt as it kind of lacked some flavor. Chicken Cesar salad was seemingly freshly made and it was delicious. Pasta Fagioli soup tasted great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful on menu questions. Would definitely come back to this place again“
“Came here for what we intended to be a light lunch lol. What we found was choices and more choices. We had the minestrone soup and the meatballs and bruschetta to start, all were wonderful. I had the lasagna and my wife the gnocchi. The food was fabulous and plentiful. The only thing better than the food was our server Olga, she was so sweet and took great care of us. 10/10 we will be back!!!“
