Couldn't tell you about the food. I got to the drive thru, robot lady said go ahead with your order, I did (twice) and then we all just sat there in silence for about 2 minutes. So I left.

Shaye was absolutely amazing. She has her staff in order and everyone is super nice and friendly. Extremely clean and highly recommend anyone to thus location. Good food hot and clean facilities. I absolutely enjoy this place and will bring friends here. Thanks mcdonalds yall

Quality of food was your typical McDonald's fare. Service was poor. Took over 10 minutes to get our order (placed mid-afternoon so not that busy). Used the inside self service kiosk as the drive-up line appeared stalled (no cars were moving, one even had their car door open waiting for someone to take their order) and there was no one at the counter to take your order. Was able to ask a staff member about getting a "pup cup" (small amount of whipped cream in a small ice cream dish). Was told they don't do that at this location. Interesting as we have gotten the pup cups at other McDonald's locations. Would not recommend this location if you are in a hurry (can't imagine how long it would take to get your food when they are in their busy times).

I ordered a happy meal on the app for pickup tonight. It was paid for. I was emailed a receipt which showed the order # and the check in #. When I arrived to the curbside pickup spot the app glitched. I wasn't able to check in so I went thru the drive thru. The girl could not give me my order without a 4 digit code. I explained I had the receipt and the order# and so on. All she kept saying was uhhh, uhhh, she was clueless. She wanted a 4 digit code with 2 numbers and 2 letters. Had she offered to at least look at my receipt I wouldn't have been so frustrated. She didn't even try to figure it out! I was really frustrated by now. I went inside with my receipt to collect my order. The cashier was looking at my receipt and asked me if that was the app? No, it was the receipt i was emailed! OMG at this point I'm over this mess. I said there's the order number and check in number. She walked away. She didn't bother to say anything else to me or give me any inclination she'd try to help. By this time I'm losing my patience. They weren't busy. It's like 7 15pm or so. I was the only one at the counter. Then a young guy comes out and gives me a fake I'm sorry and tells me they are short staffed . I said it's not that meaning I''m not upset do to waiting. He walked away while I was speaking! He obviously didn't care to help. I assume he was low level management or crew leader. Finally a girl comes out and nearly threw my order at me. The box wasn't even closed. I'll never go back there. The incompetence and rudeness was over the top. It was so simple. All they had to do was try to sort the order out. I tried to get my order at curbside, the drive thru and in the restaurant! That is crazy! Anyone would be aggravated after 3 attempts to pick up their order! It was for my young daughter who really wanted it or I would have just left without the order.

We went through drive-thru as we're pulling through drive-thru they tell us to take a parking space it would be out back to us we pull in 10 minutes later the gentleman brings out the food the burritos were still iced and cold The coffee was not as ordered I definitely wouldn't be going there

Super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I used a kiosk to order . Took a number, and they brought me my order. The order was correct and fast. Food was perfect.
