What can I say, I don't usually review bad restaurants, but for Steak & Shake, I will make an exception. The biggest problem was the self ordering kiosks. A lady was having difficulty with her order, and a young employee was trying to help her. We tried to order ourselves with another kiosk and ran into so much confusing up-selling that we could barely get an order in. Road trip stop!!! I loooooove their burgers. You can customize however you want!! BEST BURGER I'VE HAD IN A WHILE. No McDonald's, stop here for a fast food burger.Burger: triple steak burger, I ordered with xtra pickles and veggies to even out. there were some problems with the food. the staff (the manager) handled the problem really well, gave us some new food and the money back really sweet of them and the food tasted really good drop by if you want to have a good experience
