The food is delicious. The Brisket is by far the best I have had in years. When I tell you juicy, flavorful and tender. Oh lawd!!!!! I had for the first time today a macaroni and protein bowl (w/Brisket). OMG!!!! Will be getting it again. Great food and very friendly staff. When waiting in line for their food, a man came up to yell that it was the best brisket he had ever had. Once receiving my food, I had to agree. The mac and cheese is great too and they use flavorful spices in all their dishes.

My favorite thing to eat at Fat G's is their macaroni! Sometimes when im having a bad day, I can always count on Fat G's to boost my mood with their tasty food with great customer service to match! I would highly recommend eating here on your visit to Gainesville. I am a student at UF and their customer service is just as good as their food. They put alot of love into it.

I’ve had food from their truck once and from their bay in the student Union at UF countless times. I think it’s probably my favorite option for on-campus lunches. I definitely recommend trying the loaded nachos with chopped pork. Also, the staff is very friendly.
Ate there in the Reitz Union and it was amazing! Kind people and the smoked max and cheese with pork was delicious. Partner had the Fat Boy Special with pork and he raved about it.

I get the BBQ Pork Mac n Cheese bowl and it’s so good. The workers are the best people ever and they even let my friend get a picture of them wishing me a happy birthday to put in a frame as a gift.
