Worst place to eat at around town. I don't recommend at all. Very very rude. Horrible customer service. EVERYTHING about this place is terrible. It should be shut down. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I'm not sure if it is just me, but I have had a run of really bad experiences with most McDonald's over the past couple of years. From incorrect orders and cold nasty food, to slow service and just downright rude employees, I really don't care to even give them a chance anymore. With that in mind, I once again had really low expectations when stopping by this location as well. Let me just say that I was so surprised! I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had anywhere, our special ordered food was completely correct and the fries were the freshest, hottest fries I have ever had! On top of that....we were gifted a free chocolate shake which was delicious. I was so surprised that they even had a working machine to make the shake! I am impressed Williston McDonald's and we will definitely be back. Thanks for changing my opinion.

Not a fan of the kiosks to order especially when they are backed up. Not everyone knows how to use them and it causes all kinds of issue. Plus a 30 minute time limit to eat your food. Come on.Wheelchair accessibility: WC accessible.

When you walk into the restaurant there's a degree of sterility with a very small counter nobody standing behind it and two boards for ordering and if you haven't used it yet the interface is not very consumer friendly. In the process of trying to figure out how to tell them that I wanted my French fries like crispy I was going through a couple of different screens the last one for the french fries saw the large fry that's what I thought I ordered but it seems I ordered a large and two medium and trying to figure out how to message them since no one is at the counter to help or to give the request to! When I say there was nobody there everybody was back in the kitchen not paying attention to anyone up front to where I walk behind the counter to get my large cup because I wanted my iced tea and get it filled before I head to hit the road. When the bag is presented this three fries in it and I tell the girl I did not order three fries and pursuant a manager Christina comes to the counter and is not welcoming at all no introduction of who she is and says well do you want these or not and I said no I wanted a large fry mind you now I was looking through the bag to make sure everything else is right so I had touched the fries. And so very begrudgingly Christina gets my refund $5 and change whatever it is I signed the receipt for it she then proceeds to take the two fries out of my bag and throw them directly into a trash can. But as she's going to throw them in the trash can I said you know can I have them I would find somebody to give them to in the street heck even feed them to my dogs instead of throwing good food into the trash can. Christina in a very cold careless way says to me you got to refund for them I'm throwing them away! No granted I'm by myself and I said I would feed them to my dog but what if that was a person that had multiple people and could have fed somebody with them the fact that she took good food through it directly in a trash can and was rude about it I find that disheartening in the food industry as I've spent my entire life in it. Christina needs remedial training on management and customer interface because I will tell you I understand that customers can come in and be rude but when this is over french fries and I had said nothing bad I just said I didn't order these to throw good food away for no absolute reason other than I gave you the refund! I'm now sitting in my car not even hungry anymore aggravated and somewhat appalled by the behavior of Christina and the way she treated the situation and myself. I am sure that this will not meet the eyes of anyone who can make a difference but maybe I'm just doing this to vent to get it off my chest because it again was so appalling the rude behavior and then to just throw them directly into a trash can is amazing to me! Good luck with your future there you can already see that you don't have great ratings on Google if your entire management team treats customers like this remember people learn by example so if your hourly is that you're now hiring watch Behavior like this they would think that it's okay and that's how you handle things so maybe those Stars never going to change for you maybe they're just going to go in the opposite direction further declining.
