Micro café in Williston. I have only stopped by a few times but I'm always struck by how personable the staff are. The chitchat is as lovely as the coffee. They have a typical menu of lattes, frappes, teas, hot cocoa. There is also an area to sit outside.
The coffee is delicious and the baristas were SO nice! We were visiting town, and they were happy to share recommendations of places to go near town, and were so pleasant! I also love the tiny house vibes

I didn't know what to expect for coffee in Williston but I had to come here when I saw the fun and unique name... "Sad Donkey"!! It's a clean small to-go cafe that can be found via GPS as it's not on a main road. I parked right out front and popped in to order. Everyone I met was super nice and welcoming and my double espresso gave me the jolt of tasty energy I needed after hiking! They have a clean bathroom in a separate building... just ask like I did.
