I'm very disappointed with my experience today. My brother and I came in from traveling from Orlando. The two employees spoke to us and said one moment, please. After about 7 minutes of standing there, I realized both employees were working on an online order and neither of them were going to stop making the online order to assist us. So, I asked if either of them were going to assist us and one of the two stated they had a larger order and it will be a while before they can help assist us. So, we decided to leave. One of the two could've stopped to help make our two subs and continued with the larger order afterwards. The online order customer wasn't in the store waiting, so their food would've been waiting on them to arrive. It was disappointing that neither communicated with us to even tell us how long the wait will be or even bother to assist us. We were just standing there. Very disappointing.

Had a very disappointing experience at the Williston Subway. I went in to get several gift cards. It was pretty quiet in the store. I went to the register to get them and the guy behind the counter was rude. He said I would have to wait for awhile. I said I only needed gift cards, but he just walked away. I had always liked Subway but I'll be getting my gift cards and my meals from a different restaurant chain going forward.

A classic subway experience! All three sandwhich artist were on point and prompt with their service and lnew how to construct a sub perfectly ?
Just went to subway after a long time of avoiding it and now I remember why. I got a footlong meal and a small soup for 20 dollars! That is crazy expensive. Just get a Publix sub for way cheaper and it is just as good. Or just get any other meal at a fast food joint. It is just way more expensive than it use to be.Plus food wasn't even that good or filling, wish I went to chipotle instead.

We had chicken bacon ranch 6 inch sub. Not as good as I thought it would be. We had 3- 6inch subs 2 small bags of chips 1 large drink &2 small drinks.$33.00 + tip . Not good.

Some of the employees need retraining. They never listen to what you want or follow directions. Just make a sandwich at home, it'll be better. Sub par food and sub par service. (Of course there are a few good employees, but for the most part, it's horrible).
