I was there at 4:35 PM on Monday, April 1, 2024. I observed the smaller gentleman sucking on his bare fingers as he was making the drinks. When I said I didn't want the drink, the larger gentleman that took my order said he didn't know how to give refunds.
The woman working this morning at the counter taking the orders was phenomenal! didn't know anything about how to use the point system or anything on the app and she just walked me through it real quick, but it really showed her taking the excellent extra initiative when it wasn't necessary and I'm deeply grateful.
