Placed mobile order for just one order of hash browns. They question where I placed the order saying they don’t have it. I pull up the order on my phone for them to say oh it’s just hash browns??? We have it. I did all the work for them I placed the order and paid online and all they need to do is put it in the bag and even that’s impossible. It’s ridiculous how bad this place and the service is and the few times I have gone here there’s always something most days I drive out of my way to another Dunkin.

Parking lots way too small people are in such a hurry the staff inside are the worst! They think that I have to pay them to be at a their job! Funny!!!! Why do I have to tip people who are paid to do a job and they do it sew carelessly!

I have given them several chances, and each time, they have forgotten to give me my hashbrowns I ordered. In drive thru, Doordash, and in store. Last time was in drive thru again... and if I didn't tell them to check as they were handing it to me it would have happened again...

To start with I ordered at kiosk which is adjusted store to store to represent what they have available. Ordered 1 dozen donuts and a large frozen coffee. The kiosk was not updated to represent the donuts available, so I had to sub about 3-4 selected donuts for something I really didn’t want. She also mentioned they don’t do eclairs in which were also listed as available. These should be updated thru the system that they fail to upkeep and update properly like every other store. The coffee was about an inch short of full, I of course said something. In which the young lady went to the unnaturally red die haired manager who, as you’d expect, looked dumbfounded and said we’ve sent them out like that before what’s the problem ? so you pay full price and get a part of the drink I replied. The entire store staff and customers staring at me with not a word to say, I walked out and have contacted corporate. I may contact the establishments owner to help him find staff worth employing. You do not do business like this. Correct the issue as every other store will ensure they have FILLED the cup. BUYERS BEWARE, GET YOUR MONIES WORTH! P.S. If you paid for a roadside repair and I forgot to put a lug nut or 2 on and told ya “oh whoops, it’s no problem I’ve done it before” you’d probably never call me back again. Let’s work harder and at least act like we care or hit the road.

When this store first opened everything was great but a few months ago everything started to go downhill, I don't know what happened... maybe they got new management, new employees but whatever changes they made they should undo them because the food and coffee has gotten really bad and you'll be wasting your time and money by going there. Plus they will not acknowledge any wrong doing, the employees or management just don't care.
